The entire area needs an enema my friend. If Mosul Dam fails then there will be the new crisis of rebuilding Iraq's river zones without bombs and bullets. I think you are in to something.. I think it is absolutely horrible, but I see the damn being blown by "Isis" (of course it will be the enemy) In order to finally win this ugly war.
