this article is confusing.  which reserve are they talking about? the CBI's reserve was not empty when abadi took over.  the state reserve may have been empty but the state does not determine monetary policy...the CBI does.  the state determines fiscal policy.  it appears that this person could use some educating before taking to the press.

Do you have a pig fart in a fiberglass bowl to make bubbles for your spa to get all that dirt off???  Make the call big boy, they don't know what you look like on the other side of the phone.  Your pig can eat some more beans while he/she waits.  You did loan it your thong, didn't you?  It would be bad to be in a tub with a naked pig.  I know,  That's how I got my first born.  It was nasty.  But I was young and full of ***.  Oh well, ending rant here.  Rant ended.

NICE, they have a Left front pocket full of money & they want to fill the right front pocket with LOAN moneys  . Has anyone looked at what's going to happen when IRAN'S puppet Barack ( slama lama ding dong ) Obama, gives them 11.9 billion ? How many IRAQ'S officials can they buy then ?   :confused2:
