The director of the office, Hisham al-Rikabi, told "Al-Ghad Press" that "the parties aimed at the political coup, which warned him of Vice President Nuri al-Maliki, are the parties that call for postponement of the elections or those who try to postpone it," pointing out that "the elections are a valve in front of the process Political and democratic experience emerged through the ballot box and elections. " 
He added that "postponement or obstruction of the elections will open the door to multiple options for those seeking to interfere in the Iraqi issue, and part of these schemes are political coups, which is trying to plan for those who prey on Iraq, by thwarting the democratic experiment." 
He said that "Maliki did not talk about a specific point in itself, but in the absence of elections, a constitutional vacuum will happen, and all options will be available to the stalkers."
He pointed out that "some parties are seeking to remove the democratic option from Iraq and the implementation of its project, which is trying to establish in the country," stressing that "all these options will be behind the external parties." 
Earlier in the day, Vice-President of the State of Law Coalition Nuri al-Maliki warned of a political coup under the call for the cancellation of the elections, reiterating that the reform of the political process is through the political majority project.

Just like in Kurdistan when they closed Parliment down and look at that coup!!!  Maliki doesn't even have even an ounce of wisdom to see how stupid he looks right now!
