I believe what we are reading is very good news.  For years a heavily sanctioned Iran has Siphoned Billions of dollars out of Iraq illegally.  You notice, the primary banking accounts have to be set up in the Euro and then Iraq and Iran will work on methods to exchange in local currencies.  I believe this economic move will help save Iraq's reserves.  It will comply with the sanctions still imposed on Iran and hopefully help Iraq economically.   Remember the payment made by the US to Iran under the Nuclear Deal, none of it was paid in dollars,  the currency exchange was done  (On Jan. 17, the administration paid Iran the account’s $400 million principal in pallets of euros, Swiss francs and other foreign currency, raising questions about the unusual payment. The $1.3 billion covers what Iran and the U.S. agreed would be the interest on the $400 million over the decades.http://www.cbsnews.com/news/u-s-paid-1-3-billion-to-iran-two-days-after-cash-delivery/)  Iran, still cannot  legally use the dollar, and because Iraq and Iran are such close trading partners, the WB, is closely monitoring Iraq's transactions.  This must be the method they/PTB have devised to save Iraq's reserves and comply with Iranian sanctions.

I do believe it's only " a matter of time " now . . . recent developments in Mosul looks to be moving the football closer to the Goal Line.

I am with you on this. You can have all these timelines and plans by the WM, IMF, and CBI you want. The problem is reality takes place.  Once Mosul is done are you waiting a year, two or three to start your country using its currency to start trading and working with other counties. I would think that you want to building your country immediately, diversify, and build trading centers. I believe that Mosul will service as a catalyst to get the Dinar moving as well as the country of Iraq.
