Luigi found this rumor of Dinarian interest...

Bruce the Goose believes it is all done.

We are just waiting for the rate release.

 

The CBI website has not changed yet...has not shown the rate yet.

Will we see the new rate in the Gazette tomorrow...Could be.

I believe everything is all set in the sense that once the cmmand is given, everything is complete moving

forward to where now it is just a matter of releasing the notification.
