The currency that they reprinted (250 up to the 250,000) has the most security [features] in them.

The first thing they are going to do is increase the value of the IQD … and gradually introduce the lower denoms.

From another source I just read: 

NO OFFICIAL FROM ANY AGENCY THAT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANY RATE HAS EVER SUGGESTED A LOW RATE!  PERIOD.  IMF SAID AND APPROVED AND POSTED ON THEIR WEB SITE IN OCT 2010 THEY APPROVED $3.22 CENTS PLUS UP TO 20% FOR INFLATION AND ALL THAT HAS CHANGE FINANCIALLY SINCE THEN...THEY HAVE ALMOST DOUBLED THEIR FINANCIAL RESERVES. AT LEAST 10 TIMES CBI OFFICIALS HAVE TALKED CLOSE TO KUWAIT RATE BUT ABOVE AND THEY ARE AT $3.50 PLUS.  

 

Any chance of this????

Luigi....aren't these the same "sources that are high" as reported last couple weeks?  TerryK apparently doesn't know the strongest dinar in the region, Kuwait, is only at $3.36 kwd to $1.00 usd today.

 

Seriously? $9.79. Maybe TerryK I.Q.  9.79 no doubts, maybe.

More encouraging news...

 

3-4-15 BGG: On Tuesday the CBI gave the green light for the "delete the zeros project". This is the best news of the dinar decade.  There has not been any news better than that in print.  For the CBI to talk about this publicly, for us investors, it is huge news because the deletion of the 3 zeros project is in some form or fashion a shift in the value of the currency.  It's going to take something to get those notes out of the marketplace.

There's really no reason to take those notes out of the marketplace. This is a huge step forward for the investment and let's hope they move forward quickly & hope they implement it in short order.  I think they will. There is conversation in the guru realm about the $.10 mark. I am not as concerned about the number as I am about the "when" and I think it's not impossible to believe it will start a lot lower.

Yep I knew he was treading on thin ice but he was like the energizer bunny, he kept going and going and going....

 

It's funny now that he is gone Luigi has stepped it up bringing more trash to the table.
