The committee member said Jabbar al-Abadi in a press statement that "the Committee held a meeting to discuss the final version of the draft federal budget law for the current year 2015".

The House of Representatives has ended in its meeting yesterday, the second reading of the budget in 2015 after completion of the discussion by the political blocs in several previous sessions while granting Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, the Finance Committee of time an opportunity to submit its final report on the budget and taking into account the comments of the House of Representatives that the Committee convene ongoing sessions hosted by the ministries concerned are to discuss the financial budget.

Shut up Chihod.  Maliki is a goner so get over it.  Your not getting your meal ticket back.  They will march him and you "few" that are left out of parliament. 

 

These guys are so oblivious.  They know now that there is an agreement with kurdistan, it's on.  If Abadi pulls this off, maliki is done for in more ways than one.  If the citizens are empowered then maliki cannot be a dictator anymore, and all his plotting will go down the drain.   So, it's been a long time coming for this change, and they will pass the budget, but I don't believe that passing the budget will cause the effect of an overnight rv.  It's just a tool for the government to function in order to start working on the investments,  and laws, infrastructure, etc etc.  Get that economy growing.   Abadi still has resistance from the diehards of the maliki gangs.   They are losing ground.  Abadi is special.  He was a maliki supporter, until he found out just where maliki was going with the country.  He has ambition to fix it and that's great for the citizens and the world.   One day at a time.  Again, it will be short lived.
