and the slavery right here in the US is also rampant and

the slavers are usually people from their own countries.

 

We personally know of Panamanians, Nicaraguans, Mexicans who were forced to go

motel to motel in vans as "maids" and "cleaners".... they got paid nothing as their "bosses"

said they had to be re-paid for bringing them here.

 

They are sexually abused, harassed, and even beaten, their meager possessions stolen,

their papers, documents and passports taken by their "masters" so they believe they cannot run away.

 

Most of the motels who "use" these types of laborers are owned by people from other countries,

especially India and Pakistan.

 

We took one young lady who escaped to the Panamanian Embassy and they said they did not

want to get involved.

 

We reported it to ICE, never heard anything after that....

 

We finally turned her over to the Church of Latter Days Saints and they helped her get back home.

 

Minorities in this Republic have been afforded every advantage for several generations now and many

have done little else than USE the system to their advantage and failed to rise above, becoming regular

riders of the dependent victim train instead of the Freedom Train.

 

Perhaps they should remember their own forefathers' struggle and relinquish

their "special treatment" now to those who need it NOW.

Joyce Meyer Ministries ( I know, I know A TV preacher ), has put in a major effort to help women who have been forced into the same type of situations, when we are all finally blessed with this RV I am throwing a good chunk of my tithes to it.

I just love modern revisionism.  People who want to say that there has never in history been anything as evil as the slavery of the South have no idea of history.  Read up on the Vandals, Hannibal,  Caesar against the Christians, American government versus the American Indian, and these are just for starters.  My heritage is made up of slaves and slave owners.  Read the REAL history of the south.  You will find that not all slave owners were the evil owners who beat and raped their slaves.  After the Emancipation Proclamation, there were many slaves who did not want to leave their owners because their owners took care of their slaves.  Not all slaves were running amok now that they were freed and were singing in the streets.  I am of Indian heritage of the Powhatan, Cherokee and Shawnee tribes.  The Powhatan people are basically extinct.  I do not think the government ever passed small pox infected blankets to the slaves just to wipe them out.  If you want to whine about how bad the slaves were treated then you must never look to the Civil War as anything other than pure evil since the Civil War, in many minds was fought to protect and free the slaves.  I do not recall a Trail of Tears where the government marched the slaves from one location to another allowing them to die along the way.  Now let us move on to another group of people and that would be the Jews.  I do not recall the slaves being marched into gas chambers and killed by the millions....and do NOT even begin to say that the Holocaust never happened because I had an uncle who was in the Nazi camps in the US liberation movements.  One reason why the Jews have done what they have accomplished is because they do not sit and whine about past treatment.  Also if history is going to be real about black slavery it was other Africans who were selling Africans.  It was not the popular idea that whites were going over to African and loading people up by kidnapping the Africans.  Personally I am tired of having it forced down my throat as to how bad the blacks have had it in America.  I am tired of watching the cries for justice only when justice is meaning that the government and laws are in favor of the blacks.  I am tired of a Black Caucus when a White Caucus would be seen as awful.  I am tired of Black universities when white or Asian universities would be seen as racists.  I am tired of Black history month when there is no Asian History month especially when Asian medicine has been influencing mankind for centuries.  I am tired of having to prove my Indian heritage through birth and death certificates when no other race or group of people must prove their line.  Now if people want to call me a racist go right ahead but in reality I am my own UN meeting!

The fact is there are more people in bondage today than were taken fromAfrica during the entire 350 years of the Atlantic slave trade.... On Monday, police in Cincinnatti arrested a group of teenagers who reportedly terrorized folks in the downtown area, in a series of violent assaults.

Police say the teens essentially hunted their victims. One says the suspects were passengers on his bus when they targeted him. "They didn't ask me for anything."

Chad Laumann was beaten and robbed on East Fourth Street last month while on his way to work. Though outnumbered, the 23 year-old says he outsmarted his attackers by intentionally staying in view of the surveillance camera. "So as they're attacking you, you tell them there's a camera. Yes, I tell them there's cameras. And what did they say? They didn't say anything. They just took off running."

Two of the assailants can be seen kicking and punching Laumann, while a third rifles through his pockets.

In fact, it was that same surveillance footage which was essential in the teens' capture.

A Cincinnatti bike patrol officer recognized one of the suspects by the distinctive shirt he was wearing, which he also wore on the night of the attack.

In all, police believe the gang is responsible for at least four equally vicious attacks.

Cincinnatti Police Capt. Paul Broxterman described the string of assaults to WLWT, as "a pack of lions hunting down a wounded zebra."

On Tuesday, another victim came forward, whose attack was also caught on video.

All three alleged assailants live in a group home operated by Kelly Youth Services and had been given an outside pass for 'good behavior,' the night Laumann was so brutally assaulted.

Police are asking that anyone who has suffered an attack in the area, or has further information on the suspects, call Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040.

Of course, not one national media outlet has seen fit to give these racially-charged attacks any coverage, while providing nearly around-the-clock coverage to the George Zimmerman trial

Now-a-days it is the whites who are a manority in America. While it may be true that whites control the majority of the money this does not excuse the fact that we are NOT being treated equally.

 

The lastest kick in the pants is the G A Y Agenda. They have a national on-going program running with the media and Hollywood to convince America that they are not only tolerated but opening welcomed. Nothing could be further from the truth. With the big dollars that they are throwing at Lobbyist in Sate and Federal governments they MIGHT just suceed in changing laws and receiving above average protection. If you speak against them you are bashing. If you physically get into an altercation you have committed a "hate" crime.

 

Look at George Zimmerman. He is hispanic and Trayvon was black. Aren't they both minorities?

For the media to play this up, they are calling him - white.

The ONLY reason that this went to trial at all was because of the media attention. Now that the public recognizes that they are unlikely to get a conviction - they are saying that they should have charged him with lesser crimes. That was NOT what the family and black leaders were calling for and now it is too late.

1)  Acts 17:26 GOD made from ONE blood EVERY nation ! the word nation here is ethnos = ethnic group

2)  Mt 24:7 Jesus said that nation would rise against  ! ( as a sign of the end times) again the word is ethnos

Pastoring a multi-ethnic church for many years....I have heard and seen it all and could write a book on the "blindness" that has impacted MANY ethnic groups to their OWN racist tendencies.....not to mention 6 1/2 decades of life experiences as a "person of color"....people often ask "what are you" or where are you from... my mother used to say we were "Heinz" (57 Varieties) ...I've been mistaken for Hispanic, Italian, Sicilian, Israeli (Sabra), Yemenite, and during my VietNam service era was told I was the same as the Thai people...once when ministering in the (so-called) Third World (I find the term pegorative myself) a young person asked his parents how a "white man" would know so much about their culture.....in the end it turns out my late father was Cherokee (who knew)...but in America that meant one thing black, colored, *****....and all that goes with it. My point being once again I have seen LINES being drawn around this tragic case....with hatred on both sides.....in truth three people know what really happened Trayvon, George and Almighty GOD.....yet you would think by the rhetoric even in this thread that people used "clairvoyance", remote viewing or tea leaves so they could tell you without hesitation who is right and who is wrong....

 

May GOD have mercy on us...a nation with so much promise...so much Word preaching....so many professing Christians who are blind to our own prejudices.....

True and thanks....Unfortunately the reality is for the most part that People in general  are kinda afraid of what they perceive as different from them, from their own ethnic group... I said in general.....They ought to know the "other" better (through  friendships, love relationships, etc.)  in order to understand they need not be afraid. I think that pretty much can be applied to all races toward all the others. In some cases there can be racism  among people belonging to the same race.

 

It all starts from the way you are raised as a child, at least 80% of it.  JMHO.

I think it is really naïve to say that a person is not racist.  Personally I think everyone is racist in the over all definition.  It is a natural point to lean towards homeostasis.  But that does not mean a person hates any race.  If you are alone on a street and you have a group of Mexican boys with their hats on backwards walking towards you or you are alone at night with a bunch of black teens coming towards and you feel a twinge of fear, you have noticed their race and you are therefore by definition, racist.  But that does not mean you are hateful.  If I do store security and I see a group of teens of any particular race, including my own, I gave special notice to that group.  While in Chicago I had extra concern going through a bad section of town that might have been more black than white.  Everyone is racist.  It is nature.  But that does not mean you hate anyone.  It simply means you notice a difference in race.  Even if a baby might notice that another child is black does not mean they hate the other child, it simply means that they have noticed they are different than themselves.  It is the Al Sharptons and Jesse Jacksons of the world that push the hate into racism.  They must create hate in order for their place in the world to exist.  Without hate, they suddenly loose a voice and no one will pay attention to them anymore.  If people could talk about race and differences openly then maybe the whole issue would cease.  But by keeping 'race' in the forefront, race stays taboo.  Race is no big deal.  When it is realized that differences of race exist and must be openly recognized, not equaling a hate but simply an acknowledgment of difference, then race will stop being a major issue.
