Northern Lights
Does anyone know "when" these meetings will be taking place? Will this be the "National" Meeting that has been so elusive?
Carrello
Does anyone know "when" these meetings will be taking place? Will this be the "National" Meeting that has been so elusive? Soon. Just kidding....kinda. The National Meeting is something that Talabani has been pushing for months. IMO when you see a NM announcement, the agreements have been made on all of the outstanding issues: HCL, 140, Erbil, Ministers. No one in power would go to a meeting like this to discuss the issues unless they know the outcome, an agreed outcome. Talabani has been in Germany and when you see he has returned, look for the NM. Don't hold me to this - we are talking about Iraq.
