  1. CNN. Broadcasting From The Camel Steeplechase Event While Goin' For The Gold ! (by jjonesmx) Central bank sells gold to raise the value of the dinar 04/19/2014 He said the academic economic Dr Majid Baidhani "said a central bank to activate the monetary policy tools and the willingness to sell gold to the public would be granted dinar greater strength as well as it reduces the dollarization phenomenon experienced by the economy. Added Baidhani in a press statement that" the adoption of this measure requires increase in central bank reserves of gold as a cover for the currency, and the promotion requires finding a basket of currencies to assess the economy vulnerable to prices, the dollar downwards or upwards. reserves rose central gold recently from 38 to 90 tonnes of the precious metal after it announced the purchase of 60 tons in weeks the last few years for the purpose of selling it to the public, after contracting with companies to Sikh to ensure the presence of gold purity high and the origins of well-known global and used as part of their savings. it is hoped that the proportion of gold allocated to the Mint about 11 tons, and determine the public need and desire for the allocation of additional quantities Stamping to sell to jewelers and investors . said Baidhani that monetary policy tools two types quantitative tools and tools of quality and different conditions of use depending on the economic situation of the country for example, in the case of inflation is the goal of economic policy to achieve price stability and in either case the downturn will be aimed at achieving economic growth and increasing employment. He said the actions taken by the central bank reflect the familiar real economic reality of the country, where the launch of gold to the public would control the levels of liquidity and that it increases the rate of adoption of the public on the financial assets of the real, represented by the precious metal rather than dependence on foreign currency. confirmed " that this measure will reduce the dollarization phenomenon experienced by the economy, where most of the business transactions and trade within Iraq are in dollars rather than rely on the on the dinar, what caused the phenomenon akin to a large extent the currency float. said Baidhani that the weakness of public awareness of the importance of buying and selling local currency contributed significantly to the emergence of dollarization, which severely hurt the national economy, adding that this called for reasons that central to the practice of monetary policy tools effectively to save the economy from deteriorating and to enhance the strength of gold dinar http://www.almowatennews.com/index.php/2013-04-19-21-18-06/8676-2014-04-08-18-33-22.html

  2. Botzwana, come on man.... really? I can't really say that I adhere to the prophetic views of this particular interpretation.... but a lot of people do... So what? Its their belief and how does it hurt you to respect what other people believe.... This event is not over.... it goes into 2015, so you can't exactly jump up and down like a cricket trying to make your point yet..... ...So maybe something does happen... maybe something doesn't ..... but how does it hurt you or your life to respect the beliefs of another... I mean are they setting your front lawn on fire... or egging your car... or spray painting your cat?!?! Maybe they are wrong, maybe they are right, I've been both numerous times in one week.... so what.... It takes nothing from you, that I might believe differently... .. And I would be the first to support one's right to express disagreement.... you're entitled to your opinion as is every individual..... but man... come on... you don't need to express your different viewpoint by being so incredibly disrespectful to something considered Holy and the Word of G-d by many.... Maybe to you its not Holy.... but I know you are not ignorant to the fact that to many it is....And it takes nothing from your life to respect it as a part of the lives of many others.... And my friend, don't be guilty of the same thing that so angers you.... the need by some to shove their beliefs down your throat... Are you not doing the same, only brutally crass at that... . This time of year is very special to many religions... not just Christians.... and frankly I would be saying the same thing to anyone who disrespects the heart felt beliefs of any religion/person practicing beliefs that live in the depths of their heart.... And they may be different from mine... and it takes nothing from me that I respect them as I wish to be respected by them..... And I have to ask, for my own curiousity.... why are you so angry about what others, who are not you.. believe??..... And in any case... genuine Blessings to you in whatever way G-d speaks to you and your heart... .

  9. Connections between recent CoM Announcement pertaining to UNAMI and Trade Agreements posted in the Gazette: NEW LAW IN THE GAZETTE - UPLOAD DATE OF APRIL 18, 2014: "Law on ratification of the Convention on the economic and trade cooperation and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (21) of 2012" UPLOADED TO GAZETTE APRIL 17, 2014: "Law on ratification of the Convention on the encouragement and reciprocal protection of investment environment and Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (60) 2012" GAZETTE LINK THE UPLOADING OF THESE TRADE AGREEMENTS MAY NOT INDICATE A HUGE RELATIONSHIP REGARDING THE LIQUIDITY EVENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR, BUT, IMO, THEY ARE A GOOD SIGN - WE STILL NEED MORE REGULATORY ECONOMIC, BANKING AND INVESTMENT LAWS. CoM Site: Authorize the Secretary of State the authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement regulating the activities of the UN Mission for Assistance to Iraq Cabinet decided to authorize the Secretary of State the authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement regulating the activities of the UN mission to provide assistance to Iraq between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the United Nations after the addition of amendments scheduled to Articles II and VII of Alagh in line with the legal opinion of the State Council, according to the provisions of Article ( 80 / item VI) of the Constitution. came in resolution No. (188) for the year 2014 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare a document authorization required on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to Mr. Foreign Minister, according to the contexts approved and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the President of the Council of Ministers. came Maardth decision based on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Legal Department of the regular session of the fifth session held on the fifteenth of April. ***This article requires back up research of the UNAMI mandate, however, below please find the constitutional references from the article and also a list from the UN site containing which areas the UNAMI mandate covers: From the Iraqi Constitution - outlining the topics of discussion from the CoM article: Article (80): The cabinet shall exercise the following powers: First, the planning and implementation of State policy, plans, and oversee the work of the ministries, and non-related Ministry. Second: proposing draft laws. Third: to issue the regulations, instructions and decisions to implement the laws. IV. preparation of a draft budget and final account and development plans. Fifth: recommending to the House of representatives, approved the appointment of undersecretaries, ambassadors and special grades, and Army Chief of staff and his associates, who served as Task Force Commander, and the head of the national intelligence service, heads of the security services. Sixth: to negotiate treaties and international conventions, signed or authorized by. (As the article references a "VII", there's no "VII" listed within this section of the constitution, so they're talking about sections II and VII of the UNAMI mandate) - See below: Here's further information from the UNAMI documents/UN site: A quote from the UNAMI mandate; Items II and VII referenced within the CoM article above: 2. Decides further that the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and UNAMI, at the request of the Government of Iraq, and taking into account the letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iraq to the Secretary-General (S/2013/430, annex), shall continue to pursue their mandate as stipulated in resolution 2061 (2012); and recalls the provisions of resolution 2107 (2013); 7. Decides to remain seized of the matter. LINK TO UNAMI MANDATE INFORMATION FROM THE CORRESPONDING UN SITE **So, IF Maliki signs, this, I believe, is stating that they are giving Zebari permission to activate the sections of the UNAMI mandate referring to "Sixth: to negotiate treaties and international conventions, signed or authorized by." THE FACT THAT THESE TRADE AGREEMENTS ARE BEING UPLOADED TO THE GAZETTE, IMO, INDICATE THE INTENTION TO PERHAPS SOON ACT ON THESE TRADE AGREEMENTS. WITH THAT SAID, THERE ARE TRADE AGREEMENTS WHICH HAVE BEEN UPLOADED TO THE GAZETTE IN THE PAST THAT HAVE NOT BEEN IMPLEMENTED, BUT PERHAPS THIS PROPOSAL BY THE COM TO ASSIGN OFFICIAL DUTIES TO ZEBARI TO ENACT INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS, MAY WELL BE THE PROVERBIAL HORSE AT THE STARTING GATE. ALSO, LET'S NOT FORGET THAT THE COM CAME OUT A COUPLE/FEW MONTHS AGO STATING THAT ALL CONTRACTS ARE TO BE PAID (OUT) SOLELY IN IQD Here's what the UNAMI mandate governs: "UNAMI mandate Through its resolution 2061, adopted on 25 July 2012, the Security Council extended the mandate of UNAMI until 31 July 2013. The Mission is mandated “as circumstances permit” and “at the request of the Government of Iraq” to: Advise support and assist the Government of Iraq in: advancing their inclusive, political dialogue and national reconciliation; development of processes for holding elections and referenda; constitutional review and the implementation of constitutional provisions; - I HAVE TO WONDER IF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE COM HAS OCCURRED IN PART BECAUSE MALIKI WANTS TO PUSH THROUGH THE BUDGET AS IS, ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION. development of processes acceptable to the Government of Iraq to resolve disputed internal boundaries; facilitating regional dialogue, including on issues of border security, energy, and refugees; planning, funding and implementing reintegration programmes for former members of illegal armed groups; initial planning for the conduct of a comprehensive census; Promote, support, and facilitate, in coordination with the Government of Iraq: The coordination and delivery of humanitarian assistance and the safe, orderly, and voluntary return, as appropriate; The implementation of the International Compact with Iraq, including coordination with donors and international financial institutions; The coordination and implementation of programmes to improve Iraq’s capacity to provide essential services for its people and continue active donor coordination of critical reconstruction and assistance programmes through the International Reconstruction Fund Facility for Iraq (IRFFI); Economic reform, capacity-building and the conditions for sustainable development, including through coordination with national and regional organizations and, as appropriate, civil society, donors, and international financial institutions; The development of effective civil, social and essential services, including through training and conferences in Iraq when possible (**WE'VE SEEN NEWS FROM THE COM THAT THESE TRAINING CONFERENCES HAVE BEEN GOING ON); The contributions of United Nations agencies, funds, and programmes to the objectives outlined in this resolution under a unified leadership of the Secretary-General through his Special Representative for Iraq; And also promote the protection of human rights and judicial and legal reform in order to strengthen the rule of law in Iraq;" “as circumstances permit” and “at the request of the Government of Iraq” By presenting this to Maliki/Head of the CoM - Iraq is requesting this.

  10. Holidays are always extremely stressful for many..... And family tensions tend to erupt during those times. Every year, the Battered Women's shelters fill up around holidays and almost always, they have children with them...... Never really knew just how many, until I helped out with our city's bear donation program (people donate bears year round, and they're given to police and firefighters, to give to kids during crisis.. as well as larger bears to kids in hospitals... Yup, all our cops and firefighters carry bears.... for kids... and they are day'um proud to do so.....) . In any event, everybody always thinks about Christmas, but totally forgets about Easter...So there are shelters filling up with kids, who are pretty traumatized with G-d knows what going on before they arrived. And now they are displaced.. and Easter is coming.. I know it probably sounds stupid to a lot of people.... but I'm telling ya, it makes a world of difference to those little guys when in their upside down world of displacement, with a mom overwhelmed with fear and sadness...... that somehow..... somehow... indeed, the Easter Bunny manages to find them and leave their baskets......And for that brief moment, the the joy of that magical moment is all that kid has to know.... or feel.... Its probably too late for most... (though candy goes on sale tomorrow in most places)... and if its not too late, go buy a boatload of candy and baskets, call your local shelter and drop them off... Hellllll go buy stuff at the dollar store... Those kids don't care how much it cost, or if its top shelf..... All they see is that magical moment of stability, and the joy that they were found while hiding.... and that they mattered enough that the good ole Bunny found them.... I just dropped off an obscene amount of easter candy and little metal buckets and little stuffed animals, and little toys...... I met with a volunteer who took the boxes of stuff with her and when I left....., I can't tell ya how good it felt to know that while it wasn't all that much to me.... to some little kid it will mean the world... Who knows... maybe its one more way we can give kids a chance to hold on to some kind of hope for good in their world... Look in your phone book, google it... ask your local church... you'll find shelters all over the place, with little bitty kids whose lives you can touch.... Happy Easter to one and all of the DV family.... .

  13. [Quoting] Under FAA regulations, this can be done by the owner creating an agreement to transfer the plane's title to a trustee that is a U.S. citizen. The trustee then registers the plane. The agreements provide little information on the identity of the owner or who uses the plane, according to a memorandum by the Department of Transportation's Office of Inspector General. What I got from this...... is its not really at all a "Bank Plane".... Its someone's plane... but is not an aircraft that travels on behalf of or at the behest of or in service of the bank as such per se.... The bank holds title... like maybe it would for my car... but I'm the one driving my car to Utah (different mechanics, but generally speaking) So the bank is a US citizen, and it would appear / follow that the owner is not a US citizen... (or maybe wants to conceal his identity).. and whoever it is, they have business in Iran... There are many many Iranians in the US... Maybe someone went home for the holidays, and they have so much money, they can fly their own plane home... OR, some corporate interest flew the company plane over to Iran to talk corporate business... Like maybe an oil company or something like that... ??

  18. Investors should put 10-20% into bullion and adopt their own Gold Standard... JAMES RICKARDS, author of the national best-seller Currency Wars: The Making of the Next Global Crisis, was my guest this week on New York Markets Live, writes Miguel Perez-Santalla at BullionVault. Talking about his latest book, the recently released New York Times bestseller, The Death of Money: The Coming Collapse of the International Monetary System, James Rickards told me how he sees a looming crisis building for the Dollar, plus his recommended solutions for the private investor. "I recently returned from a trip to Switzerland," he told me. "I did not go to any banks. I went to the gold refiners to find out what was actually happening with physical gold. "I met with the head of precious metals for one of the largest refiners. He's producing about 20 tons a week in gold. China's buying half of it. China's dumping Dollars to get gold. Russia's backing away from the Dollar for geo-political reasons. Saudi Arabia is also backing away from the Dollar." What can investors do? "Take 10% of your Dollars if you're conservative, 20% if you're aggressive, and put it into physical gold. Even if the currency is devalued you have your own personal gold standard to preserve your wealth," said Rickards. Reviewing how the US central bank has mismanaged the Dollar, "The Fed's moves are based on a false assumption that the markets can operate in balance with some occasional government interference," said Rickards. "Although the government is shoring up the economy in the short-term, the currency system will eventually erode. Central banks understand that gold retains enduring value, and that's why they are buying and storing gold."

  19. Yes, we know that things are bad in America and it is blatantly obvious that politicians are doing everything wrong. The trouble is that for decades, none of us could ever figure out how these people could possibly be so stupid. Well, they (elites) weren’t stupid; this destruction of our American culture was a specific, planned, silent war: You want to know what happened to the middle class? You want to know why the American Family as an institution has all but been destroyed? You want to know where all the good paying jobs went and why? You want to know why our education system is dumbing down everyone they can? You want to know why you can’t keep up with inflation? You want to know why “they” will not do anything to curb mass immigration? You want to know what the mass media and entertainment industries are doing to your mind? You want to know who “they” consider to be the Useless Eaters to be? You want to know what you can DO about these problems? Many have long suspected that there could be a darker, more sinister plan at work, but it was impossible to really be able to put your finger on it until now. Forget about red vs. blue, conservative vs. liberal, rich vs. poor… It’s all a smokescreen. I don’t know how many of you have already read this file, but I believe that it should be spread far and wide, especially to the younger generations who will bear the brunt of the harm that will come from this if this agenda is left unchecked and continues to be let loose on the unsuspecting public. Download a copy onto your hard drive in case the link ever “quits”. Contained within this PDF is the exposed secret plan to just about everything that’s wrong with America. http://www.stopthecrime.net/docs/SILENT%20WEAPONS%20for%20QUIET%20WARS.pdf Here’s an excerpt just to give you a taste: Quote: “Descriptive Introduction of the Silent Weapon Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning. It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general. It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone's daily social life. Yet it makes an unmistakable "noise," causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with the daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for. The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon. The public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but that is because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with others to defend themselves against it. When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up. Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses. “ / end quote. I can't speak for anyone else, but I believe that the best way to fight a “silent” war is to expose it through any and every means possible, even if you have to yell it from the rooftops. Until we quit looking to government to “give” us our freedoms back and play fair, we cannot be free. Until we learn that the only way we will ever be free is to physically take back those inherent Constitutional freedoms and rights from the usurpers (by whatever means necessary), they will continue to dominate us at every turn. We can start the process by first understanding their game-plan and this document is a very good start, then tell everyone else you know to read it as well. Another way to look at it is this: We could get an RV of $10 tomorrow, but if this secret war plan is allowed to continue to completion, what good would any of that so-called wealth do for us and our progeny in the long run?

  21. I live in a pretty close-knit neighborhood consisting of about 4 blocks, isolated from the main part of town, secluded off the beaten path...;. We keep a pretty good eye out for each other, maybe because there is so many military, and intelligence people who live here..... And while it looks like one, its not technically a closed/gated beach, and anyone can come out here, if they can figure out how to get here... which isn't all that hard.. And as summer approaches so do the number of people who frequent our neighborhood, some of whom are not the best intended...... One of things we use very effectively is a website called Nextdoor.com for communication. It's specific to your neighborhood, and only invited neighbors can get onto your neighborhood site. I think when they started our site, one of the people basically got all the addresses and sent out postcards to every house.... Now we just tell new neighbors and remind old ones...and twice a year, one of the members sends out postcards to those not on the the site.. What's really great about it, is the amount of information you can send out and get back about what is going on in your block. Tonight, one of the neighbors on our site posted a picture taken by his motion camera of a suspected thief.... Guess whose face we all now know and are on the look out for This is a brief description of the various headings you can post under, and some ideas as to how we at least use it.I wish I could link you to our site just as an example... but the way its set up.. only those in your specific neighborhood can view it. So I'll try to describe it... .. There's a section called CLASSIFIED, where the neighbor kids offer to babysit or rake your sand, you can sell your junk to your neighbors, and put up any other kind of service, or need (e.g., one neighbor just put up ad to pay a kid $5.00 a week to take their garbage cans out of street after pickup).....The CRIME and SAFETY section is where I saw the suspected thief photo and found out that there have been several car break-ins in the adjacent neighborhood of recent. You can get the latest Tsunami Alert test info there, the calendar for first responder training, the Personal Preparedness Academy announcements and the police log from neighbor posters... (yeah no worries, there will always be a few neighbors who are really into the 411 and will post this) DOCUMENTS is where neighbors post about city meetings, council decisions, and any new proposals for area. FREE ITEMS is where you give your neighbors the stuff you couldn't convince them to buy in the classifieds... I always post the tons of packing peanuts I get and they are always gone in a day... GENERAL is where we talk about things like our neighborhood improvement plans.. (yeah there are always those ... ), Christmas tree disposal, water issues, the power outage that happened last night, etc etc.. LOST and FOUND is where our neighbor announces that she once again lost her cat Pearl, and we all go out and look for Pearl and always find her... or finding the wallet that fell off the top of your car.. etc RECOMMENDATIONS is the place we talk about exceptionally good service somewhere... like I just found this great honest mechanic, type thing, or a great doctor, or hair person... etc etc kind of like a free Angies list... (only more cool cause you can go smack your neighbor up the head if their advice suked). In any event, just thought I would share what has been for us a very useful way to stay on top of what directly impacts the neighborhood we live it, and how it might effect us.... If you don't have a site for your neighborhood... you can set it up... I've posted the link that explains the site and its mission and I think you can go from there to set it up.... I've yet to find a downside to this, at least in my area... ... then again, beach living is usually mellow people who mind their own business and don't really have the desire to know much about yours... You can participate as much or little as you want... (and there's usually always some marge in charge who is happy to take the lead on the posting... ). Personally I really appreciate I can get the 411 as to what's going on around here, which is something specific to you that you'll never get in local news or reports... Hope those who try it benefit from it as much as we have here... . https://nextdoor.com/about_us/

  35. Found this news article after I posted. It came out a few months ago. This is actually a much a better general explanation of its intention and how it works, and it also gives you the general info on how to set it up.... ... And as you can see.... our Marge in Charge is a guy..... I just love me some of them junior officers promoting up into the senior ranks with all that wonderful energy, to take the lead as a project officer. And thanks for the additional info PA... so great to hear such good things and fantastic results coming from a great idea and hopefully it will catch on and grow huge... I can't help but think that when we are united, we stand stronger against those who would wish us harm...... Sean Brownlee of xxx xxxxx Beach set up a Nextdoor neighborhood for residents... (DAVID ROYAL/The Herald) It used to be people could interact with their communities without the need of touch screens. But as more people rely heavily on their smartphones and tablets, some feel online social networks are growing more familiar than their own neighborhoods. "Technology has kind of driven people indoors. Nextdoor wants to reverse that," said Jen Burke, communications manager at Nextdoor, a social network based in San Francisco. Nextdoor is a free online community for real-world neighborhoods, and its popularity is rising. In 2012, 14 neighborhoods in xxxx were registered with Nextdoor. Now, more than 80 are using it. To join, a person, called a lead, sets up a neighborhood on Nextdoor by creating an account and setting his or her neighborhood's boundaries on a map. When new users from within that neighborhood join Nextdoor, the information they share on the website stays within the neighborhood, rather than spreading to a global network as it can on Facebook or Twitter, said Burke. "I think that there's a lot of overlap between social networks, so it's about what value a site brings," said Sean Brownlee, the lead for the xxx xxxxx Beach neighborhood in x0xoxoxx. "The No. 1 thing that they offer is privacy", which is critical to majority of those living in this particular neighborhood. Brownlee said that number of resident government people far exceeds those who are not, and this is a big concern for all of them. People trying to launch a neighborhood or join an existing one on Nextdoor must verify that they live in that neighborhood. They can do this instantly with a credit card — Nextdoor says it doesn't charge the card, but confirms a user's location with the billing address — or request to have Nextdoor mail them a postcard with a unique registration code. Neighborhood leads can also invite new members with emails or postcards. "Privacy is critical. That is one of our priorities," Burke said. "You can be sure you are talking to the people in your neighborhood." Neighbors use Nextdoor to share recommendations for businesses in the community; report crimes or safety concerns; sell things; and coordinate events, according to information provided by the company. Neighbors on xxx xoxoxo Beach have used the site to ask for help looking for lost dogs, said Brownlee, adding that all the lost dogs have been found. People have also used it to arrange for neighbors to look after their houses while they're away. One Del Monte family needed someone to take their garbage to the curb while they were on vacation, Brownlee said. Because of this, neighbors who lived three doors apart met for the first time. "You can live next door to somebody and not even know their name," he said. About one in four Americans couldn't name any of their neighbors, next door or otherwise, according to a 2010 study performed by the Pew Research Center. Many people feel they don't need another online social network, said deputy Ryan Kennedy of the different area County Sheriff's Office. Kennedy said he felt the same way at first, but Nextdoor has been a valuable addition to his social networking portfolio. "People say I don't need another one, but the others have a focus on you. This one focuses on a community. It's going to help you connect with people you may not now," Kennedy said. Kennedy and the sheriff's office use Nextdoor to share information with neighborhoods in their jurisdiction. When the department sends posts to neighborhoods, it will only see the responses neighbors have to those posts, said Burke. In other words, deputies can't see conversations between neighbors on Nextdoor. "We're getting more information because we're reaching more people in the community," said Kennedy. "It's almost like having another set of eyes on the street." Some xxx xxxxx Beach residents have been reluctant to join Nextdoor, but they are the same people who are not using other social networks, according to Brownlee. We've seen nothing but good things," he said. More than 28,000 neighborhoods across the country have registered with Nextdoor, which launched in October 2011, Burke said. It is available in all 50 states.

  41. Iraq is a country where domestic and foreign currencies co-circulate in the market. Normally, "dollarised" economies with co-circulation of currencies often compile bi-monetary aggregates in their reports. But if we look at cbi key financials data, they dont have bi-monetary aggregates. What does this means? Do they just measure the home currency, ignoring the billion of dollars circulating in their market? To regulate money supply, CBI has to know how much money is in circulation, both domestic and foreign. In short, i agree with stryker, that the money in circulation is inclusive of dollars. IMO, CBI must have the capacity to determine the amount of TOTAL currency in circulation, which is essential in measuring liquidity and money supply. And i would be suprised if the 72 trillion is just for dinar. Iraq is a country where domestic and foreign currencies co-circulate in the market.
