  1. Sorry to have to say this guys, sonny1, I have been a huge fan of yours over the years, and that won't change, but I have to say, personalities and agendas have seemingly overcome this site, and unfortunately, that being said, we seem to have lost sight of whether this has anything to do with the dinar or not. More importantly, whether dinarck is a lopster or not really has not significance to me. It will either happen to our satisfaction or it won't. We all hope for an outcome of some semblance of a good return on our initial investment, but I am discouraged about the way peeps keep calling one another out, or the (he said, she said) mentality has overrun what we all used to do which was research information, look at anything that had significance, review it, discern it, decide whether it was worth posting something about, etc. I apologize in advance for airing my feelings, but I am sick and tired of the tirades, and not dealing with information that might be pertinent or not. Just my opinion. UR

  2. I think the time has come for the lying dinar pumper who infects this site to take responsibility for his delusional fabricated statements. I see again just recently that he is back with the same garbage about opening a 100,000 dollar account and you can negotiate a dinar cash out rate. Hahaha.... how soon we all forget. Randalln was spouting off this same lie about a year ago. Hey Randalln, why didnt you cash out then? I thought you were a big dog with super secret inside deals with banks all over the world. What happened your highness? The bottom line is that nothing that Randalln has ever typed on this site is true. Yeah thats right Randalln. I am saying it straight up for everyone to read. You are nothing more than a bold face compulsive LIAR. Do you really think that you are so much smarter than us that you can pass off ignorance as fact? Anyone with even half a brain knows that no bank on earth would give you 1.27 each of your dinar when they can buy all they want for 1/10th of a penny. How stupid do you think people are? It was funny to see many falling for your lies and it is totally typical of dinar hysteria that people would believe ANYTHING that means they are going to be rich. I guess you know this better than any seeing how you are either a dinar pumper or just some loser who needs attention. Let me ask you this too Randalln, why dont you buy another 100 million dinar at 1166 if your bank is going to give you 1.27 for each of them? Duh? Hurry. Make up another lie to cover your other lie. Ok Randalln supporters. I know many of you give him the benifit of the doubt and even believe that he maybe telling the truth. Well, let me go ahead and show the pattern of lies that Randalln is known for and the lies that he makes up to try and cover up those other lies. Here is a thread from a while back where HopefulTxn easily and brilliantly punked out Randalln and exposed his lies when Randalln claimed to own a 100,000 dollar bill. Hahahah If the link doesnt work then just copy and paste it in your searchbar. Anyone remeber when Randalln lied about his friend cashing in with pockets full of cash on the airplane? Here it is. And once people finally figured out he was full of crap he came crawling back later on to explain to the Mods that it wasnt his fault but that his buddy really did cash in. Hahahah How about the paranoid drunk typing delusion redbull and vodka rants that are typical Randallin? Randalln, your credibility and really your sanity have left long ago. Do this site and everyone on it a favor and take a hike. Go travel the world again like you have lied about many times or go to work for your multibillion dollar company or nurse your war wound arm. Its all a bunch of crap typed onto the internet by probably a little 15 year old pimple faced punk who hasnt a clue about economics or really anything going on in the world. If you need attention then find it somewhere else. People are already on edge enough and confused by all that is going on to have you spouting off nonsense on a regular basis to get them all worked up even more. Mods, I realize that this post seems like a personal attack on Randalln but I assure you that isnt the case. This post is to expose a compulsive liar and hopefully warn many reading Randalls pumps that he has zero credibility and is in fact a known hoakster and liar. Hopefully you will see it for what it is and if not then I take full responsibility.

  6. no need to apologize, i fully understand what your saying, i just feel at this point in the game, we know that 0% of the rumors are true, and it kills real debate when people clearly make stuff up for attention. i do agree that what he makes up has no barring on the outcome of our investment. unitedrich, i have major respect for you, we have running in the same circles for years, i didnt want to come off as a jerk, just wanting people to know to not take him, or his advise-rumors seriously.

  7. Democrats are fond of a few positions concerning religion. They like to claim that there is no way for politics and religion to mix unless it mixes in a church full of Democrat supporters. Another favorite line is that anyone who points to Democratic attacks on religion is either unqualified to do so or a wild-eyed Evangelical bible-thumper. As a life-long Christian, I am qualified to point to the Democrats and challenge their Christianity. Democrats: get over yourself about this. Democrats use their surrogates in the ACLU to attack religion (except Islam, which they are too frightened of to go after) in general and Christianity in particular. It was Democrats who passed Obamacare, and it is Democrats who are using it to bludgeon Christians into changing our principles to suit Democrat principles. No other political Party has ever assaulted religious freedom as Democrats are doing today. Democrats include those who worship “Mother Earth” and prefer “GOV” over GOD every time. Christians do not. Find a true believer in the Democrat Party, and you’ll find a person not concerned about “Honoring Thy Father and Thy Mother.” Democrats are intent on tearing down everything preceding generations have done and stand for. That’s because they constantly appeal to ignorant children who think history started the day they turned ten. What is Christian about organized disrespect for tradition and the ways of life that have made America great? Democrats’ love of death – killing innocent babies- is an essential secular sacrament for these people. Belief in abortion from the morning after pill to Barack Obama’s idea to let miracle abortion survivors die on stainless steal tables is required to be a good Democrat. The thought of such thing revolts Christians. Lying about EVERYTHING they wish to do to our country is part of being a good Democrat. Democrats cannot tell the truth about their socialist plans for us because they know they would never be elected if they did. Being a liar is a requirement for being a good Democrat, but it makes you a bad Christian. Coveting the goods of others is a lynch pin of the Democrats’ appeal to their base. Saying things like “He only has that because he cheated” or “He won life’s lottery; vote for us and we’ll get you your fair share” keeps those addicted to their psychologically crippling social programs under Democrat control the same way a drug dealer controls his junkies. There is nothing Christian about any of what Democrats have to offer. The Democrat idea of progress is adding more and more people to Welfare and Food Stamp rolls. The Christian position is to get people on their feet and away from government handouts. What’s Christian about being a good Democrat? Not much. My link

"I am entering" said Snow White. After half an hour she comes out and they ask her, "Well, how'd ya do? "First Place ," said Snow White.. They continue walking and they see a sign: "Contest for the strongest man in the world." "I'm entering," says Superman. After half an hour he returns and they ask him, "How did you make out?" " First Place ," answers Superman. "Did you ever doubt?" They continue walking when they see a sign: "Contest! Who is the greatest liar in the world?" Pinocchio says "this is mine" Half an hour later, he returns with tears in his eyes. "What happened?" they asked. "Who the hell is Obama?" asked Pinocchio

  10. I miss Reagan. I saw that on a bumper sticker yesterday and I want that bumper sticker! Ronald Reagan entered the national spotlight during challenging times. And he spoke of that time of choosing when he gave the historic speech in 1964, which captured the nation’s mood: “You and I are told we must choose between a left or right, but I suggest there is no such thing as a left or right. There is only an up or down. Up to man's age-old dream--the maximum of individual freedom consistent with order – or down to the ant heap of totalitarianism. Regardless of their sincerity, their humanitarian motives, those who would sacrifice freedom for security have embarked on this downward path. Plutarch warned, "The real destroyer of the liberties of the people is he who spreads among them bounties, donations and benefits." It is as relevant as it was almost 60 years ago. And 20 years later, I had the opportunity to direct President Reagan's 1984 re-nomination convention. I also had the privilege of working for Ronald Reagan – on his campaign and in his Administration. Those of us lucky enough to be part of his team were joined by most of the country in sharing the vision Ronald Reagan had of America. We were uplifted by his optimism and enthusiasm for our exceptional country and for freedom. When Reagan first entered the White House Jimmy Carter had presided over interest rates which hit as high as 21%, long gasoline lines and a misery index which is a mirror image of where we are today. But once the Reagans took up residency in the White House, I never recall President Reagan blaming Carter. That is the kind of man he was. I still miss Ronald Reagan. His words ring true today: “You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this, the las best hope of man on earth, or we will sentence them to take the first step into a thousand years of darkness. If we fail, at least let our children and our children’s children say of us we justified our brief moment here. We did all that could be done.” Today, I am proud to be Texas director of Americans for Prosperity, an organization of amazing grassroots leaders who engage citizens in the name of limited government and free markets. Reagan knew the importance of an informed citizenry. In that famous Time of Choosing speech, he challenged us: “Are you willing to spend time studying the issues, making yourself aware, and then conveying that information to family and friends? Will you resist the temptation to get a government handout for your community? Realize that the doctor’s fight against socialized medicine is your fight. We can’t socialize the doctors without socializing the patients. Recognize that government invasion of public power is eventually an assault upon your own business. If some among you fear taking a stand because you are afraid of reprisals from customers, clients, or even government, recognize that you are just feeding the crocodile hoping he’ll eat you last.” We again are faced with a time of choosing. Today we have another opportunity to take back America. While I miss Ronald Reagan, still share his vision of America as that Shining City on the Hill.

  15. Law of the Sea treaty about to be ratified by the Senate! If that happens America will not be an independent country anymore! If you remember, O and Hilarious signed on to an updated version of the treaty last year. It puts all people living within 30 miles of ANY waterway, including rivers and lakes, under control of the UN. The UN does not recognize the American Constitution because it conflicts with the UN "vision" of ruling the entire world. It makes owning ANY guns or rifles ILLEGAL. This proves Senators from BOTH "sides" are corrupt puppets owned by the globalists. It also proves the real purpose of Fox news. They are the intended "opposition" to the government. They print stupid meaningless articles critical of the government, but when it comes to the very important issues, they are in 100% agreement with the far left. If you love America's promise of freedom you need to write your senator and let them know you object to simply turning over America's independence to a "global" authority. Already, thanks to both republican and democratic presidents we have lost our economic advantage. Our jobs are being shipped to other countries as fast as the US government can subsidize the corporations moving to Asia, with YOUR tax money. Our politicians elections are being decided by voter fraud and illegal voters being allowed to vote in order to be "politically correct". It is time to end this left/right fiasco, it is time to stand as one, as Americans, and fight for this country. No, I am not talking about taking up arms against our brothers and sisters, I am talking about becoming engaged with YOUR "representative". Here is a link to find your Senator. Locate Senator PLEASE, send them an email and tell them to STOP giving our country away. I don't care what your political affiliation may be, if you live here in America and vote, please let your voice be heard. As far as the globalists are concerned, they believe they have already won. As long as we are divided we can not prevail. I will defend your right to disagree with national policies, will you fight to defend mine? If the Law of the Sea treaty is ratified we might as well live in China for all the "rights" we will have left.

  16. In the beginning, there was only the Democratic party. Then, they were infiltrated by socialists, and dominated by the "federalists".(big government advocates) The Republican Party was born, the main objective was to limit the governments role in controlling citizens daily lives. Abraham Lincoln was the first republican POTUS. This nation has been divided ever since. Most democrats don't realize pure democracy is socialism, absolute mob rules. Unfortunately, the GOP has taken over the republican party, and replaced it's small government agenda with government mandated fascism. Honest, intelligent people from the "middle" understand the polar ends have completely lost their minds. I honestly don't have a "battle plan", any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you for your support.

  17. June 2012 Iraq Expected Council Action The funding for the activities of the High-level Coordinator who advises the Council on the Iraq-Kuwait missing persons and property issue, is due to expire in mid-June. The Council is expected to receive a report on the issue, pursuant to paragraph 14 of resolution 1284, and a briefing in consultations by the coordinator, Gennady Tarasov. The Council is likely to issue a press statement on the coordinator’s activities and supporting the extension of the coordinator’s funding. The Council is also expecting the second report of the Secretary-General, pursuant to paragraph 6 of resolution 1956, on the post-Development Fund for Iraq (DFI) mechanism. At press time it was not clear if the Council would consider the report in June. The mandate of the UN Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) expires on 28 July. Key Recent Developments On 10 April, Martin Kobler, head of UNAMI, last briefed the Council. Kobler stated that “Iraq’s political situation is heightening communal tensions in the country.” However, he commended “the Kuwaiti and Iraqi Governments for their efforts to improve bilateral relations.” In other significant Iraq-Kuwait related developments, Nasser Hussain Bandar, head of Iraq’s civil aviation authority, said on 5 April that Iraq had agreed to the request of Kuwait’s Jazeera Airways to operate flights to Iraq, more than 20 years after direct flights between the two countries were halted. On 16 and 17 April in Kuwait, a delegation from the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs transmitted Kuwaiti currency, documents, keys for safes belonging to the Central Bank of Kuwait, and 15 microfilm cassettes containing the archives of Al Anba newspaper, to the Kuwaiti authorities. On 20 May in Baghdad, Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari met Tarasov and highlighted these developments. According to the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website, Zebari also highlighted Iraq’s “serious efforts to find the remains of the Kuwaiti Missing in Action” and his country’s keenness to getting out of Chapter VII. On 29 April, Sabah al-Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah, Kuwait’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended the second meeting of the joint Iraq-Kuwait Committee, in Baghdad. Following the meeting, Zebari told reporters that the two sides had reached important agreement on cooperation. In other developments regarding the compensation, on 26 April, the UN Compensation Commission (UNCC) made a payment of $1.02 billion to six claimants. (The Geneva based UNCC was established through Council resolution 692 in 1991, to process claims and pay compensation for losses resulting from Iraq's invasion of Kuwait in 1990.) In a 4 May letter to the President of the Council, the President of the Governing Council of the UNCC highlighted Iraq’s contribution to the Compensation Fund stating that “the outstanding balance of $16 billion could be paid in full as early as April 2015.” Furthermore, the letter noted “satisfaction with the continued transfer of 5 per cent of Iraqi oil revenues to the [Compensation] Fund since the transfer of the oversight over Iraqi oil revenues to the Committee of Financial Experts.” Human Rights-Related Developments After a meeting in Baghdad on 25 April with Iraqi Minister of Human Rights Mohammed Shi'a Al-Sudani to review the situation of human rights in Iraq, Kobler welcomed Iraq’s intentions to place greater attention on social, economic and cultural rights, while also remaining committed to promoting and protecting political and civil rights. Noting that human rights are “a cornerstone of every democratic state," Kobler said that UNAMI would continue its support to the Minister of Human Rights as a key player in ensuring that Iraq meets its international human rights obligations. Key Issues A key issue before the Council is the extension of the High-level Coordinator’s activities to help resolve the issue of missing Kuwaiti persons and property. Another issue for the Council is whether the post-DFI mechanism is functioning in a satisfactory fashion. Options On Iraq-Kuwait issues the Council could release a press statement that: acknowledges the recent positive developments; encourages Iraq to make further progress on resolving outstanding issues (including borders, missing persons and property); supports the Secretary-General’s intention to extend the activities of the High-level Coordinator for an additional six months or longer; and reiterates the need to resolve outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait before the removal of any further Chapter VII measures imposed during the regime of Saddam Hussein. On the post-DFI issues the Council could take no action at present while continuing to monitor the progress of the post-DFI mechanism until the audit is conducted. (The first report of the Secretary-General pursuant to paragraph 6 of resolution 1956 [S/2011/795] notes the appointment of the firm Ernst & Young to conduct the 2011 audit of the DFI and its successor account.) Council and Wider Dynamics Most Council members are overall pleased with the recent progress on Iraq-Kuwait issues. Several members feel that it is important for Iraq to make further efforts to fulfil its obligations to Kuwait but they do acknowledge that the recent developments on this issue are encouraging. The US is the lead country on Iraq issues in general, and the UK is the lead on Iraq-Kuwait issues. UN Documents Security Council Resolutions S/RES/2001 (28 July 2011) extended UNAMI's mandate until 28 July 2012. S/RES/1958 (15 December 2010) terminated the Oil-for-Food programme and established an escrow account to provide indemnification to the UN with regard to the programme for a period of six years. S/RES/1957 (15 December 2010) terminated the Weapons of Mass Destruction-related Chapter VII measures that Iraq was subject to and urged Iraq to ratify the Additional Protocol to the Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement with the IAEA as soon as possible. S/RES/1956 (15 December 2010) extended the Development Fund for Iraq and related immunities a final time until 30 June 2011 and affirmed that five percent of Iraqi proceeds from oil sales would continue to be deposited into a compensation fund after that date. S/RES/1284 (17 December 1999) established UNMOVIC and requested the Secretary-General to report to the Council every four months on the compliance by Iraq with its obligations regarding the repatriation or return of all Kuwaiti and third-country nationals. S/RES/692 (20 May 1991) established the UNCC and the UN Compensation Fund. Secretary-General's Reports S/2012/185 (29 March 2012) was the latest Secretary-General’s report on UNAMI. S/2011/795 (22 December 2011) was the first report of the Secretary-General pursuant to paragraph 6 of resolution 1956 about the UN Compensation Fund. Selected Letters S/2012/332 (4 May 2012) was from the president of the Governing Council of the UN Compensation Commission to the president of the Council. S/2012/309 (10 May 2012) was from Iraq’s Ambassador Hamid al-Bayati to the president of the Council, updating him on the handover of some of the missing Kuwaiti belongings. Meeting Record S/PV.6747 (10 April 2012) was Kobler’s briefing to the Council. Security Council Press Statements SC/10490 (15 December 2011) expressed the Council’s intention to continue funding for the activities of the high-level coordinator for missing Kuwaiti persons and property. SC/10307 (30 June 2011) welcomed the Iraqi government’s assumption of autonomy over the DFI. SC/10289 (22 June 2011) expressed the Council’s intention to continue funding for the activities of the high-level coordinator for missing Kuwaiti persons and property. http://www.securitycouncilreport.org/site/c.glKWLeMTIsG/b.8102719/k.87F7/June_2012brIraq.htm I HAVEN'T POSTED IN A LONGTIME, if its already done please forgive me and dismiss this post..please leave me a message,in my box ty....duce

  18. As I read this story and look over at my girls ---- God forgive me for what I would have done........... Sheriff: Father kills man sexually abusing his daughter (CNN) -- A Texas father caught a man sexually assaulting his 4-year-old daughter and punched him in the head repeatedly, killing him, authorities said. The father was casually acquainted with the alleged abuser, said Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon. Neither has been publicly identified. The girl was left inside the family's house during the social gathering, while other members of her family were tending to horses, the sheriff said. The alleged abuser was known for his horse-grooming abilities, Harmon said. The father returned to the house, caught the man in the act, and stopped him by striking him in the head several times, Harmon said. The man was pronounced dead on the scene, while the daughter was taken to a local hospital in Victoria, Texas, for examinations before being released. The incident took place Saturday. Harmon described the girl as "OK besides the obvious mental trauma." Asked whether they would press charges against the father, the sheriff responded, "You have a right to defend your daughter. He acted in defense of his third person. Once the investigation is completed we will submit it to the district attorney who then submits it to the grand jury, who will decide if they will indict him." Harmon described the dad as "very remorseful," adding that he didn't know the man was going to die. Authorities were withholding the deceased man's name while they notified next of kin. Officials did not know immediately if he has a prior criminal history. Good!!!!!!!!!! We now have no need to feed and provide shelter for this child rapist....... 23. 6-7-2012 Scooter-EG: Central Bank of Iraq said that "international sovereign Iraqi bonds issued under the Paris Club granted a higher interest rate / not specified / purchased at prices which makes it expensive compared to the rest of the sovereign bonds rose for the rest of the countries that confer benefits by about 2%." That higher interest rate is key to attracting the big industrial type investors that extra 2% becomes critical in the long run when you're talking about Billions of $$$$ it's also interesting that they are leveraging the paris club agreement and here's why. That debt relief took out 80% of the debt from the debt paying countries remember the arab states really never adopted the Paris Club Agreements and still hold Iraq accountable for the much of the their sovereign debt but here's the interesting part. Those countries like the US, Western European nations, etc. will now be able to earn an extra 2% perhaps that was part of the overall package with the Paris Club members. I like that plan a lot Here's the other important part, "The current account surplus in the balance of payments amounted to about Iraqi 10% ratio to GDP (national income)." Stressing that "this will enable the dinar rate of improvement because of the trend towards the adoption of central bank monetary policies successful." The Surplus in the Balance of payments SURPLUS equated to 10% in essence they aren't really running a deficit at all these days So if Iraq's GDP is 100 Billion -- rounding off to make this easy A cool $10 billion is accounted for as a surplus. Remember how countries gain wealth they do it by exporting the wealthier they become it's the countries that import more than they export that tend to get themselves into trouble unless they have huge domestic consumption which Iraq does not. They need to stablalize the prices and oil will need to stay at the current prices to continue this growth and according the IMF recent presentation in Tokyo, Oil is not going downward in the long term. If a currency jumps 20% over five years that's very significant and also I was using a simplistic model it didn't account for all the variables remember whenever a currency moves one PIP it runs through an algorithm that calculates over 1200 different measurements just to move that one pip. PIP = Percentage Interest Point. Also, what would happen if they put a 1.5% to 2.5% daily lock on the currency for the first 24 months In essence, the currency could only advance 2.5% a day. That may not seem like a lot but it grows fast if that were the case. I'm the absolute wrong person to ask about the political environment in Iraq. I think we are heading for a Hybrid solution between the redenomination and the strategic goal of the country to increase the purchasing power of the people. A process that will take time. They will come out with the lower denoms first and maintain the fidelity of the larger notes. Suck those larger notes into the CBI and then slowly progress with moving the pricing to reflect the new CPI at the same time they launch their primary bond market and attract the big boy investors. At the same time take those surplus budget residuals since 2006 and parlay those into miniture economic explosions in their primary vertical markets like Agriculture and mfg. Investment in items that get that young populace working and spending once those occur or at the same time. They gradually bring or raise the value of the dinar with the bonds from foreign investors and their primary stakeholders providing the day to day liquidity and leveraging the growth markets that start to add to their GDP. That's what I think will occur. What they will open up at, nobody knows but it should be interesting. Ithink when we see the lower denoms floating into the market and being used exclusively by the people of Iraq, you'll see several significant jumps in the value. Largely because they'll need this to reflect the purchasing of common items food, milk, bread etc.

  27. At this point in all your battles, I could only suggest that you find some final resolve for your perspective... and be at peace with it. You are "right" in "your" argument... so, what's the point in further pressing... to the point of anataganism? If you believe you're right... accept that resolve and move on to other things. Be proud of your stance, but please stop trying to convince the rest of the world. That in itself raises questions of motive... and perhaps your own mental issues. Many agree with you... many don't. Frankly, I could care less if someone is lying to me here... because I already have my own resolve... with extreme clarity... I don't have the need to have others agree with me. Good luck with your issues... and I hope you find your final resolve, truly.

  28. I have two contrator friends of mine in GZ working for the US Embassy with Allied Power. There are no Ameicans or military paid in IQD. There are no Embassy military staff walking around with cash in vouchers. Nobody has cash in at the RV rate. What has happened & you are correct on this one...Debit cards have been issued to Iraqis & are automatically loaded each month. This is the 1st phase of the GOI or sharing of the oil wealth by the people with more baby steps to follow. The rate will improve once the tariffs go into affect. The debit cards are loaded at a special rate above the official exchange rate to encorage Iraqis to dump USD & to give up their 25K IQD notes. It's part of a strategy put in place by CBI to get as many big notes off the streets & it's working. If & when the RV does happen...CBI will be in better position to handle the RV. I can varify all this with a simple e-mail.

  29. Agreed bamagirl... It seems the height of hypocrisy, that the arrogance of one member, followed by certain others, can call out another member's viewpoint in a know-it-all manner. NO ONE knows it all... especially self-proclaimed LOP Theorists. I refrained from commenting there, partly because I really don't understand the motives behind telling everyone they're wrong. It is nothing more than ego and narcisistic mental masturbation, in an ongoing attempt to "be right". Sorry, but that's all it is... because it doesn't matter! Who cares? If you care personally... fine, but keep it to yourself. And I'm tired of the self-righteous rants of them trying to protect me from my own personal thoughts, dreams, or intuition. It's really no one's business but my own. I think for myself... as do most here. So, get over yourselves... the fact that certain people here spend SO MUCH TIME trying to convince others they are wrong, says all I need to know. They are wrong... because they are control freaks. Go control your own lives... and leave others alone... we are ALL smart enough to discern for ourselves. Only in the end, will we all know the truth and have resolve. And even then... who cares who was right beforehand...

  31. Personally, I think those two are going to be political kills. They do not have a chance and will be taken out for the sake of keeping the peace. They are going to be made examples of by the media and the court system who is too afraid of the Black Panthers and the black political machine ran by sharpton. Personally, I think they have already been convicted and the system is simply going to be a kangaroo court for the sake of show.

  33. One of the things I find intriguing about progressives today and their defense of Islam is that progressives defend all the typical feminist causes such as the so called right for a mother to murder her own children, g a y marriage, birth control... Etc. they despise Christianity, but support islam who's goal is a world wide caliphate under shariah law where woman will become oppressed second class citizens without any rights, and where gays are stoned to death. Why the schizophrenic death wish of all you hold as fundamental rights as progressives by defending an ideology that would destroy the things you consider to be fundamental rights? It should be self evident that the murder of children by their own mother and the condoning of g a y marriage are not tenable with Christianity... With democrats yes, but not Christianity.

  34. Dive master I am constantly flooded my state representatives email with things like this: Senator or Representative, you need to vote against this Sea Treaty UN crap. If this is ratified we might as well kiss our right as US citizens goodbye. I cant believe how far this country has declined under this congress and this so called president in the last 3 years. Everyone of you should be ashamed. Soon enough you all will be forced to realize that this country will never submit to all this governmental corruption. Dont underestimate the people. This ain't the UK! I dont think they even read it, but at least I'm doing something. I wished someone like Ronald Reagan would rise up and lead us in the right direction.

  36. It's all a matter of individual and personal values. If you learn to appreciate more, and gain even the smallest degree of value in ALL you do, instead of resenting or regretting... you will find that you've never wasted a minute of your time. Everything we do is simply a tradeoff in value for something else... everything. Find the value... and reap the reward... whether it's a second gained, or a day, in time... a penny gained, or a dollar, in finances.... the list goes on. Just some thoughts...

  37. just like a soap opera. go away for a few months, come back, and you barely missed anything. i don't understand how people spend so much time on these sites. i do it while i am at work cause i have the time to bounce here and there. when i am not at work, i am not on a dinar site at all. if it is ever gonna happen, it will happen with or without me watching. and, truly, don't care about iraq very much, unless they make me some money.

  38. What was disappointing is that the Mods were monitoring it and not one put out a warning. There were definitely some name calling and disrespect going on. But I do have to say Randilln held his composure to the "T" I was impressed.

  40. Financial Operations and Policies During 1997/98, member countries purchased(i.e., borrowed) SDR 19.0 billion from the IMF’s Gen-eral Resources Account (GRA) in the credit tranches—nearly four times the level of the previous year—andmade reserve tranche purchases of SDR 1.0 billion.15The IMF approved nine new Stand-By Arrangementsin 1997/98, with total commitments of SDR 27.3 bil-lion (including SDR 10.0 billion under the Supplemen-tal Reserve Facility), and four new ExtendedArrangements, with total commitments of SDR 2.8 bil-lion. In addition, the IMF approved eight new ESAFArrangements, with commitments totaling SDR 1.7billion. As of April 30, 1998, 14 Stand-By Arrange-ments, 13 Extended Arrangements, and 33 ESAFArrangements were in effect. With the large volume ofcredit tranche purchases, along with drawings of ESAFloans, total IMF credit outstanding rose to a recordSDR 56 billion as of April 30, 1998, from SDR 40.5billion a year earlier. With the very high demand for the use of IMFresources, the IMF’s net uncommitted usable resourcesfell by SDR 20.9 billion during 1997/98, and its liq-uidity position weakened considerably. At a review inMarch 1998, the Board considered the IMF’s liquidityposition vulnerable and expected it to remain underconsiderable strain in the period immediately ahead.Executive Directors cited the pressing need for theagreed quota increase under the Eleventh GeneralReview to take early effect and called for a rapid con-clusion of the adherence process for the New Arrange-ments to Borrow (NAB). The IMF earned a net income of SDR 164 millionin the financial year, which was placed to reserves, increasing the IMF’s reserves to SDR 2.1 billion as ofthe end of 1997/98. The level of outstanding overduefinancial obligations to the IMF increased slightly toSDR 2.3 billion in 1997/98, with the number of mem-bers in protracted arrears remaining at seven. 15As of April 30, 1998, the U.S. dollar/SDR exchange rate was Membership and Quotas In 1997/98, the Republic of Palau became the 182ndmember of the IMF, with an initial quota of SDR 2.25million. The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia/Montenegro) has not completed arrangements for suc-cession to membership in the IMF. The Board decidedon December 10, 1997, that the country had untilJune 14, 1998, to complete such arrangements; onJune 10, 1998, this period was extended for a furthersix months. Five member countries (Democratic Republic of theCongo, Iraq,16 Liberia, Somalia, and Sudan) have notbeen able to consent to their quota increases under theNinth General Review of Quotas because of theirarrears to the General Resources Account. The Execu-tive Board approved on December 30, 1997, a six-month extension of the periods for consent to andpayment of increases in quotas under the NinthReview. In its report to the Board of Governors on theEleventh General Review of Quotas17 (see below), theBoard recommended that the period for consent toquota increases under the Ninth Review be extended tothe effective date of the quota increase under theEleventh Review, and the period for payment of quotaincreases under the Ninth Review be extended to 30days after that date. The Board began its work on the Eleventh GeneralReview of Quotas in August 1995, and it reported itsrecommendations regarding quota increases to theBoard of Governors in December 1997. The Board’sReport and the Proposed Resolution of the Board ofGovernors (Resolution No. 53-2, adopted January 30,1998) are shown in Appendix III. The Board’s recommendation to increase totalIMF quotas by 45 percent (to SDR 212 billion from 16Iraq has not made payments to the IMF in view of sanctionsunder UN Security Council Resolution No. 661, adopted onAugust 6, 1990. 17The Board of Governors concluded the Tenth General Review ofQuotas without an increase in quotas. 41. Hahaha.... So you are saying that the IMF is giving out 1 SDR for 1 Dinar? That means that 1 SDR is worth 1/10th of a US penny. Give it a rest Randalln. You are grasping at straws AGAIN and making yourself look even more silly which is hard to believe is even possible.

  45. All right I haven't posted in a hot minute but you know things are bad when I'm on keepems side........... Been deploying since 2001..... You can't check email.... BS good sir. I have spent the last 15 years of my career in AFSOC.. I have been steady deployed since the 1900's and I can tell you that I have been checking emails from my google and yahoo accounts on gov networks for years.. I am currently in Afghanistan and I have my email in my favorites bar because I check it every day...... If your truly a team guy you would have better access to many things than us regular people... They deserve it but they do not deserve your BS. Just for the group I have checked my email on gov computers and networks in Afghanistan, Africa, Iraq, Kuwait, Kajekestan, Cuba, Euzbekistan and all stops in between. The only time there is a issue is when we are in a base wide com out... Also keep in mind the customers my unit deals with are of the door kicking variety. So why randalin are you having so many problems?

  46. What has Scooter been wrong about? I have never seen him give a date. I have seen him give a timeline of events with all things pertaining to Iraq, but never a specific date. I have also heard him discuss rates, but only based on IMF doc's etc and he specifically has said many times NOBODY will know ahead of time of either date/rate. Putting Scooter in the same sentence as Okie is fairly disrespectful to Scooter. Scooter would be professor in my book and Okie would be the kid who failed kindergarten.
