From carefully worded media releases, to the ever present and undetected 'Flies on the Wall,' each in strategic locations, but directly related to the global economy, in particular the RV; the Intel points directly at the profound reality - the RV is real and finally happening. IMHO - we all need to look directly at what is happening right before our eyes. PLEASE do not just read what I am writing...seriously think about it. Maliki needs to be taken out of the equation...as he is no longer a player in the RV - GOI scenario. Forgive me there is IMHO one role he is currently playing - and that is the insertion of his name as the new PM through one of his self control media outlets. Always remember when one who is condition by their role to control the masses loses their highly coveted position, such as the PM of their country, they will fight to the bitter end to re-secure their former position even when they are not entitled to it. I you this question...if you were in Maliki's shoes what lengths would you go to retain the crown and scepter of absolute authority? Now for what is currently transpiring in relationship to the RV of not only the Iraqi Dinar, but the other currencies in the currency basket. IMHO - the truth of what is going on behind in Jackson Hole, WY. The Representatives for the major Central Banks have come together for what has been referenced as a regular meeting. I agree with this, with the exception there is more going on that meets the eye. IMHO only an 'Invisible Fly on the Wall' is able to get to the heart of the matter - the Truth behind the secured doors. IMHO - it is the Representatives of the global Central Banks who have in their hand the ability to flip the switch, to not only balance the global economies, but to implement the RV of the various currencies. Keep in mind Shabibi has repeatedly made reference to bringing about the Iraqi RV. This is well known along with being well documented. I ask you where is Shabibi - In Jackson Hole WY at the global Central Bank meeting. The CBI and Shabibi has atoname in relationship to the GOI. The Shabibi as the legal and recognized head of the CBI does have the authority to declare the Iraqi Currency (Dinar) as revalued at the new rate. I will repeat - the RV can be declared by Shabibi with or without the GOI being formed or installed. I have stated the above based on known information... Now I come to the major key in the Iraqi RV puzzle. The meeting of the Representatives of the Central banks. Remember the issues which seem, from reports to being discussed, is not and, I stress not just the economy of the United States, but the entire world. That is a whole lot of countries and their people. It would be wise to keep in mind the decisions the Representatives to the Jackson Hole, WY economic meeting will affect all of us. Not just the country and their financial system which the individual represents, but every man, woman, and child on our planet. IMHO if one country goes down then the rest will soon follow. Certain KEY ISSUES have been reported by various media outlets that are being discussed with the strategic meetings in the economic meeting by the Representatives. 1. The Central Banks are ready to assist in the economies if needed.2. The different participants are verbally beating up the media for being so negative.3. All the Central Banks have to do more to stabilize the various economies which are in trouble. 4. Interest rates across the board need to be lower.5. A massive infusion of capital is necessary, not necessarily in a stimulus approach. IMO the stimulus approach has proven itself to a regretable failure. IMO - #5 is a major key to where the investors in the Dinar and other global currencies are presently at. I hold a firm opinion what is meant after you get past the economic double talk is a massive infusion of capital directly related to the pending RV of the Dinar and the basket of currencies. Now take another key and place this into the mix. It was reported and confirmed, multiple global news agencies are descending on Bagdad, Iraq. This mega media event is scheduled for Monday the 30th of 2010. That is Monday in Baghdad. Hummmm is this telling all of us something extremely important is scheduled to take place in Baghdad on Monday the 30th...I sure do! Now let’s look as a major piece of the RV puzzle. Pres. Obama was hoping to address the people of the United States, along with the world, on Sunday the 29th. It is known by various media releases the focus of his address is to do with the withdrawal of the troops from Iraq, along with focusing the attention of the American people on Afghanistan. The 29th was reset for Tuesday the 31st of August. I ask this question - did Pres. Obama have to concede and allow the GOI and the people of Iraq to take center stage? IMHO - I believe so. I have every reason to believe what we are seeing about to take place is -1- the 'New Government of Iraq'2- Prime Minister Allawi as the head of the GOI3- RV of the Iraqi Dinar 4- RV of the global currency basket 4- Chapter 7 lifted I hope the above helps to bring a renewed form of clarity and understanding of what we are all going through. As I have said for a long time I am not one of the choice few that are on the inside, however I do see things and if allowed I would share with everyone. First of all lets talk about the general Iraqi citizens and good old common sence. I just dont get some people talking about how just because these people are not very worldly they will follow mindlessly. This could be, I suppose, but think about it a minute.......if you were hungry and frustrated because you could not feed your children would you follow a member of the upper class to lead you simply because they said follow me to the land of the plenty but until we get there you will have to watch your children starve, I just dont think so. It is true that suicide bombers are recruited with claims of providing for their families. Is that not a last hope of providing for ones family. I know all about the virgins and all that stuff but does anyone believe that someone would do this just to have sex when the general mind think here is sex is to create children and not specificaly for anything else. Life here in Iraq is not like it is in Holywood. It is bloody and terrifying to begin with and it does not get any better. So why would anyone wish to blow themselves into a million pieces for something that is not really a great plus in the first place. The reason that many do this, using common sence, is rather like a drowning person grabbing ahold of anything that they can get their hands on just to survive. Would anyone do this just because they are bored on a warm afternoon? They do this because they have been lied to and are drug into believing that they will be doing some good for their family or something higher and they have lost everything else to believe in. Is this the sign of someone who is happy with their leadership, I for one doubt it. I read and learn from the posts of medic, mailman, scooter and the rest and I do believe that they, in their hearts, are doing the best they can do. When medic said that they, meaning the leadership of one of the political groups, are doing this because they have the backing of the people, honestly, it brings a tear of rageto my eyes towards the self-centered mindless degenerates fighting for wealth and power throwing their fellow citizens into hell in the process. I believe what medic said as I have seen this sickness first hand and feel offended for simply being close enough to be affected by it. The problem is that most people just don't understand that these people are living and have been raised by generation after generation of families led by disgusting leaderships who prey from those not so strong and in turn have to some degree into what they hate the most. What will need to happen is one of two things, simply put the first is for the UN, USA etc to step in and force this to happen. The second would be for the child-like leaderships to find a winner of this sadistic tug-of-war and put an end to it. The problem with the last is that this will never happen because as fast as one issue is solved another windmill will appear for all run to it. Please forgive my ravings. I do not say that I support or condone the mind set here I just see it as something that unless we do something about it, it will not end. I would say as a final though, all that has to be done is done. On the base that I serve many Iraqi have opened business here to include banks, resturaunts, small resale shops etc. When I speak with them all that they say is I hope that this is over soon. I guess that what I am saying is there is no specifically focused leadership for the people here and I doubt that there will be the way that things are now and in the direction that all is moving in now. If there is going to be something done don't expect the citizens here to do it.

I still think Maliki is a douch for not doing more for his people but after looking back at Allawi and how he worked with chalabi on getting us over here to begin with...I don't know. Allawi also met with Sadr in Syria and I dont know if that means anything. Maybe he is moving on his own disconnected from the US and we feel we can't trust him and we have a working relationship established with M. I also found it ironic that Maliki is preferred by both US and Iran. Is the wool going to be pulled over Iran or do they think they will expand their influence over this area. I would think someone has to lose or maybe both US and Iran have found some middle ground? Earlier in the year during the elections some of my coworkers felt that Allawi would stop a lot of the Iranian influence happening in Iraq. Then again Maliki squashed the sadrists probably at our urging. I know your question wasn't directed toward me, but I'd like to respond. I see the current situation in Iraq as being similar to our situation in the 2000 Bush/Gore election. Gore won the popular vote but since we elect presidents by the electoral vote rather than the popular vote eventually Bush was the winner. Many saw that as undemocratic but in fact it was the way our system is designed. In Iraq they have a different system that is closer to the UK parliamentary system. As Joe Biden pointed out recently it's not uncommon in such systems to have a deadlock that is eventually resolved through political wrangling and coalitions. Such was the case in the UK back in May. I don't see what happened in the US in 2000 or in the UK in 2010 as posing any threat to democracy, but as the complicated and sometimes messy exercise of democracy. The situation in Iraq over the past few months could have easily been avoided by Maliki suspeding elections, declaring martial law, throwing out the constitution and declaring himself king. Instead he was forced just like any other candidate to build support within their system to prevail. That's how their system was designed (albeit in an apparently flawed fashion) and that's how it is proceeding. Quite frankly I think the Iraqi people are more patient and understanding of that process than the members of DV are. And if I'm not mistaken, Allawi's party might have received more support but I don't think Allawi himself got more votes than Maliki.

Bush agreed to withdraw troops from Iraq this year. Obama is just following the same agreement that Bush made in the SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) in 2008. I'm no fan of Obama but let's be fair here. The lives were sacrificed to remove a threat to the US. Saddam never gave up his quest for chem, bio, and nuclear WMD. Sooner or later we were going to have to take him out. The RV wasn't the only reason, but if you're going to do it you might as well do it in a way that creates lasting results, like helping their country to realize the great potential wealth they have and the great opportunity they have to run their own country as a democracy. Too bad Afghanistan doesn't have the same potential.

What is going on behind the curtains at this point is anyones guess - we all just need to be patient and take all the news we get from iraq with a grain of salt. As a matter of fact if you were to go by the "popular vote" Malaki is the choice. Yes it is true that Allawi's group as a whole won more seats (2) But between Allawi and Malaki it was Malaki who got more votes. Currency traders trade on Digital platforms through Brokers to make thier trades. They only buy and sell Internationally recognized Currency. Since Iraq is not recognized internationally it cannot be traded currently. At least not how they do it. That is why it will be such a big deal when it does go international. The other thing that Forex traders use is very high leverage, some up to 400:1 so if the Dinar were actively being traded now you could buy 400x the amount you are currently holding for the same price you paid for it. That is the danger I see in coming out extremely low, is just that the rest of the investment world will jump on this and it will do nothing but bad in the long run. I have seen the central banks in several countries have to go and intervene in thier currency to try and keep it under control when things get out of hand, and even just in doing that you create issues, because if people don't beleive they can place a "fair trade" on your currency because the central bank will intervene whenever they want to, you will discourage investors, so once again, better to come out at the rate you think your currency is worth and let it take its natural course. I know everybody says that they Iraq is out to get the investors and why would they want to pay us so much.... It has so very little to do with us. We are less than 10% of the Currency in circulation. I honestly believe they have probably not hardly even spoken about that aspect of this, as there are SO MANY things that are sooooo much more important with this. Shawn
