Let me ask you all a question about this topic. We have all read on other sites, rates which I would call 'stupid money'; $3.76, $4.0, and many others that are higher. This adds a pot full of money into Iraq's economy. Could these high RV rates, posted by others, be somehow tied to this $37 billion? Probably not, but watching all of this play out is very interesting. Go RV!

Maybe, but for sure it can't hurt. It can also leave room for more corruption, so they will have to keep a tight rein on how they process this money.

Exactly ;) .....I've been telling Keep for the longest time :huh::blink::unsure:.....that the way the CBI's audited financials reads.....there are definitely many significant unknowns B)
