Strange for only one reason. I read a lengthy post of his a couple of days ago and it was perfectly reasonable.

I bought some dinar from Tampa Dinar with an eCheck. You know the drill; you give your personal information to eCheck and they send their check to buy something. Now Tampa Dinar calls me today and wants a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my cancelled check which I used to buy the eCheck. All Tampa Dinar needs it my name and address to send the package. Now I have to fight to get my money back from eCheck and Tampa Dinar can pound sand. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum.
