Caye98
The reason I am asking is because I want to add to my investment as I probably don't have as much Dinar as the average investor, while I am guessing the average investor has put down $50K to $100K in Dinar, I have only under $5K invested in Dinar which is about that amount some might speculate on a freakin penny stock. So you could understand while I might want to add a million or so more dinar just for the heck of it. I believe Adam states the average investors are in the 2M+/- dinar area. I look forward to having 0 soon!
teresa43
nooooooooo dont buy anymore Iraq is taking way to long for them to RV, we think is going to happen soon but you never know, they can RV anytime they want too, they just find excuses not to.

lizlemon78
investing $100k on the dinar? Wow. I am being totally sincere when I say this: HOLY SH*T DUDE. 1
qzee
I just bought more this week. With the dollar dropping, I believe dinars or silver are the best place to keep your dollars. I don't see what the problem is with buying more up to the time of the RV. Why is everyone so negative about that? Do you think if we still keep buying we will slow the RV? That's absurd. 1
lizlemon78
Buying more when you feel like you can spare the cash to invest isn't absurd. Thinking folks are spending tens of thousands of dollars on dinar is beyond absurd. I think that's the underlying theme there.

qzee
Why not spend tens of thousands though? I believe the investment is safe. If the world goes to hell in a hand basket, then we are all screwed with all of our investments anyway. It seems to me that there is a HUGE vested interest in keeping Iraq intact. The new dinars were a major undertaking. Dinars are a great investment, probably better than the stock market in rate of return even if it revalues a small amount. Probably better than land, or just about everything I can think of at least for a young investor. I'm not a pumper, just someone who put a whole lot of money into this because I see it as a solid investment, not so speculative.
Moejoe
I would buy some more, but there's no place around this crappy little town to get any. I'd buy from GID, BUT, since it's going to RV sometime today, at least I think I've heard that somewhere, I won't have time to get it shipped in. Oh, before I forget, GO RV!!!!! qzee
Moejoe, dinar banker sold me some just yesterday. And be careful about believing it will happen today. They've been saying that for a VERY long time. There are just too many things we don't know about to be able to make such predictions. It could be a much longer time frame. TFK
I just bought more this week. With the dollar dropping, I believe dinars or silver are the best place to keep your dollars. I don't see what the problem is with buying more up to the time of the RV. Why is everyone so negative about that? Do you think if we still keep buying we will slow the RV? That's absurd. Agreed!! This is an investment like any other. I plan to buy more next week. I am converting a few mutal funds to buy some more dinar. I will still have the majority of my regular investments in different mutual funds and will always have my work pension as well. Either you believe in this investment or you don't! If they never RV and you've spent $5k on dinar, you'll get 75% of your investment back if you wish to cash in. That really isn't a big deal, loose $1200 or possibly earn millions. This investment is still a no brainer. Just don't invest more than you can handle. This is the same simple advice for any worthwhile investment. It's the intensity of following all the BS that drives people to question their investment. Do as a previous poster said, "if you can't take it. delete all links to dinar sites, hide the dinars and go on with your life". Very good advice for some of the loose canons on here! 1
Gibbs427
Well, I wish I had $50K to invest in dinar! I have however recently purchased some more and, why not? I purchase because I can, not because of and rate/date crappola from any source, anywhere but because I believe in the investment. I don't care if it RV's at $10 or 10 cents, it's profit either way. So, if I have the funds to invest some more, why not??? If what YOU have makes you comfortable, so be it right? If you have the means to invest more and the desire to do so, go ahead. If you take money you don't have to begin with and buy dinar then there is no hope for you anyway because you would find another venue to do such a move even if the dinar opportunity did not exist (lotteries, horse tracks, casinos, whatever)
lizlemon78
Because it ISN'T a good investment. If it was, all the banks would still be selling them. Besides, you're talking about going from normal people money to stupid crazy hyper rich overnight if the RV happens at pre-war rates. That's silly. People sinking tens of thousands of liquid cash into currency that's worth nothing should have their heads checked for leaks. If you can spend a couple hundred bucks every 6 months and pile up a nice little stash, that's one thing, but sinking serious money in huge lumps into something like this is pretty unwise, and I'm drunk at work so I know what I'm talking about. disclaimer: i'm not really drunk at work. 1
coldwarvet
I would venture a guess that the number of people who have $50K-100K invested in dinar, and are on this forum, could be counted on the fingers of one hand. I agree that the average investor has $5k or less invested. Whether you can invest more is an individual decision, based on what you can afford to lose. qzee
lizlemon78, don't you think the banks are not selling them for another reason? How about that they do what they are told by who really owns them. And who owns them, doesn't want us invested. Yes, I am a conspiracy theorist. And the conspiracy is that "the dinar is a scam" and that to me just seems very transparent.
TFK
Nobody should be rushing to do anything these days. Don't take this as an insult if your name is representative of making clothing and purses. If on the other hand you're a pot head, you probably spend more money on pot each week than anybody does investing in dinar every six months. How do I know this? Because I used to be hooked on the stuff for 25 years. Life is sooooo much better without it. Hash and pot consumes all your time, thought and money, and everything important in life is secondary. You know it's true!!
lizlemon78
scams, conspiracies, or otherwise...buying a totally worthless currency from a country without a fully seated, functioning democratic government, plagued by violence and religious extremism and terrorism and surrounded by other crazy nations in varying stages of dictatorship is not what any logically thinking person would call a "sound investment." and don't misunderstand me. I have dinars. I'm hoping this all pans out and i can buy a solid gold DeLorean, but when you look at the surface of things, we might as well be buying real estate on the moon. There is no guarantee any of this will ever pan out the way we hope and in fact, a lot of the data seems to support the notion that for as long as we care to pay attention, we'll all be holding worthless currency.
