And on cooperation with the Arab League, particularly in the Arab Economic Summit to be held in Egypt in January 19 next, between Mohieddin "We have an initiative for the Arab States relating to infrastructure projects including road projects, and we have interesting lines of railway projects and electricity interconnection in addition to projects that facilitate the movement of trade and investment between the Arab countries. The WB appears to be stressing the fact that their help in financing the distribution channels is dependent on Iraq stabilizing their government.
