Companies right now are pouring in...they are about to tell us they are Article VIII...

NASDAQ SIGNED A CONTRACT with the ISX to start selling internationally on October 1st...

They renewed a previous 2007 agreement with NASDAQ.  Utilizing their software and technologies.  They do state it is the Next Step and ISX Chief says they are joining several other exchanges meeting International standards....so.....whatever that means
