The observers were surprised by the continued holding of parliamentary sessions in the afternoon.
Activists said, "Usually the date of the meeting according to the agenda set by the Presidency of the Parliament at one o'clock in the afternoon, but any meeting did not take place at this time, but an hour or two later."
"What is even more surprising is that during the month of Ramadan, it is assumed that the date of the meetings will be given and that it will be returned to its time in the previous sessions at 11 am so that the Council can complete its agenda," they said.
The deputies have objected in more than one time on this timing and the delay of holding parliamentary sessions despite repeated calls for the presidency of the House of Representatives to hold early.
In one of the sessions there was a quarrel between MP Khalid al-Jashmi and a member of the Presidency of the House of Representatives Hassan al-Kaabi because of "deliberately holding meetings late."
The House of Representatives is scheduled to resume its regular sessions on Saturday.
The agenda of the meeting includes a general discussion of the US attacks on the security forces and discussing the abolition of the integration of the Ministry of Environment in the Ministry of Health.
It also includes the introduction of a general topic of discussion regarding the ration card items and the environmental situation in the province of Basra.
It also includes the report of the investigative committee on the incident of the displaced women's home in Adhamiya and a report on the reality of the electrical system. "
The session is scheduled to begin at 1 pm.

11 o'clock, 1 o'clock. What does it matter?? Those buffoons make a snail look speedy. I'm shocked they even schedule a meeting during Ramadan, which would imply some sense of urgency for some ungodly reason. But, pump the brakes, Gladys !!!  If there's a quorum....I will cast a vote for Davis for President of something. High 5, Davis.
