Finance reveals the date of direct distribution of salaries in April

A source in the Ministry of Finance of the Kurdistan Regional Government announced the date of direct payment of salaries of employees for the month of April, indicating that the distribution of salaries for the month of April will be announced on the fourth and fifth of July next. 

The source said in a statement to "Khandan" on Sunday, that the Ministry of Finance spent monthly salaries according to two tables, one depends on the revenues of oil source, and the other on the funds sent by the federal government in Baghdad. 

The Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Government provides 378 billion dinars a month to the Ministry of Finance, while Baghdad sends 317 billion dinars to pay salaries.

An officer in the security forces 'Asayish' on Monday that a bilateral meeting held between a US military delegation, and the leadership of the axis 'Qratab' south of the province of Kirkuk. 

The source said that a US military delegation met Sunday with the security forces Asayish and the leader of the 'Kartpa' axis of the Peshmerga forces, Major General Mardan Jawsin in the city of Kfri. Adding that the meeting was in coordination with the Iraqi forces, and led to agreement on the deployment of the Peshmerga and Asayish forces in the mountain range 'Hangira' the outskirts of the district of Tuz Khormato. 

The source said that the tripartite agreement comes within the framework of confronting the cells of Daash, which has been active in the south of the vast Kirkuk and related to the provinces of Diyala and Salahuddin. 

Witnesses said that Iraqi forces and the popular crowd fighters in the mountain range of 'Hajira' have already begun to evacuate their positions and withdraw.

The adviser of the Security Council of the Kurdistan Region pleased Barzani, on Tuesday, the need to normalize the situation of Kurdish areas outside the administration of the region or the so-called <disputed>, and the joint management of its security.

The Kurdish leader, today, received General Walter Byte, deputy commander of coalition forces in Iraq and Syria, and the delegation accompanying him.

During the meeting, they discussed recent developments in the region, the development of cooperation mechanisms between the forces on the ground and the face of terrorist attacks.

Barzani stressed the importance of normalization of the situation of Kurdish areas outside the administration of the region or the so-called <disputed>, and the need for the presence of Peshmerga forces to counter the movements and attacks of terrorists, and pointed to the need for joint management of the security file in these areas.

The General Secretary of the Peshmerga Ministry, General Jabbar Yawar, said in a statement to Basnews that the security situation in the Kurdish regions outside the administration of the region or what is known as the "disputed" is very bad, stressing the readiness of the Peshmerga forces to return to Kirkuk and other Kurdish areas to protect it In coordination with the coalition.

In turn, the deputy coalition forces in Iraq and Syria, the cooperation between the Peshmerga forces and the coalition in the war on terrorism, and confirmed that the coalition forces will continue to train and support the Peshmerga forces.

A government delegation from Baghdad will visit Kurdistan next week

The Director of Customs in the Kurdistan region said Tuesday that a high delegation of the federal government will visit the region early next week to discuss a number of files. 

"In the framework of the agreement reached between the regional government and the federal government to standardize customs work, a delegation from Baghdad will visit the Kurdistan region," said Samal Abdulrahman, director of customs in the Kurdistan region. 

He added that the meeting to be held between the two sides is the second of its kind regarding the customs file, where he had already visited a delegation from the Kurdistan region, Baghdad to discuss the same file. 

The Director of Customs of the region, the delegation of the federal government will visit the Kurdistan region early next week, and will hold a series of meetings in order to reach satisfactory results.

Shafaq News / Two delegations of the federal governments and the Kurdistan region, on Thursday, agreed on several files, including security and economic.

The Ministry of the Interior of the Kurdistan Regional Government, in a statement, that "a joint meeting held today between the governments of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region under the chairmanship of the Minister of Interior of the Territory, Karim Sinjari, and the Secretary General of the Iraqi Council of Ministers, Mahdi Alalak, to discuss the return of displaced persons to Nineveh province.

He added that "the meeting touched on the conditions of displaced Mosul in the provinces of the Kurdistan Region and the obstacles that prevent their return to their areas and ways to remove those obstacles."

The statement added that "it was decided to form a joint committee of the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Center for Joint Coordination of crises of the Ministry of the Interior of the Kurdistan Region, with the aim of returning displaced from the provinces of Erbil and Dahuk to Nineveh and open roads to facilitate the return in addition to increasing trade movement between those provinces.

The meeting also issued several other resolutions aimed at securing the financial dues of the municipalities and providing more services and providing the basic needs of the citizens after returning home.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Displacement and Migration Jassim Mohammed Al Jaf, the Undersecretary of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior Mowaffaq Group, Ninewa Governor Nofal Hammadi and other relevant officials.

two delegations from the governments of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region met on Thursday, June 28, 2018, in Erbil, to discuss ways to facilitate the return of displaced persons to their areas.

Announcement of a new salary distribution schedule early next week

A source in the Ministry of Finance, the Kurdistan Regional Government, that the amount allocated to salaries of employees will reach the Ministry of Finance on Sunday, and will be announced a new schedule to pay these salaries. 

It is worth mentioning that the salaries of employees for the month of April, has not been acted so far in the Kurdistan region. 

The source said in a statement to "Khandan" that the Ministry of Natural Resources in the region sends monthly 378 billion dinars to the Ministry of Finance to secure the payment of salaries, indicating that this amount will arrive on Sunday and after receipt by the Ministry of Finance will be announced a new schedule of the distribution of salaries. 

The source added that the Ministry of Peshmerga will be the first ministries to receive salaries, and then will pay the salaries of other ministries.

The " New World Order " is something IMHO that will be ( sadly & unfortunately ) unavoidable. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_World_Order_(conspiracy_theory)  - This is quite a long read and HIGHLY Informative; interestingly enough it's been/still considered a " conspiracy. " We know better don't we.

(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Directorate of Customs in the Kurdistan region, on Saturday, work to unify customs tariffs in Baghdad and Arbil.

The Director General of Customs in the Kurdistan region, Samal Abdul Rahman, said in a press statement that "Baghdad and Erbil are working to unify customs tariffs, and was scheduled to visit the Kurdistan region today, a delegation from Baghdad to discuss Gul this issue, but reasons for members of the delegation led to postpone the visit, . 
He added that "customs tariff followed by the federal government is higher in many areas, and the collection of higher amounts than in the Kurdistan region, but we will try to standardize the tariff in a way that will benefit the traders in the Kurdistan region." 
Abdul Rahman, said last Tuesday, "A delegation from Baghdad will visit the region early next week, to unite the taxes and drawings at the border crossings in the Kurdistan region, with the border crossings in central and southern Iraq."

The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, received Sunday evening a high-ranking US delegation visiting the Kurdistan Region under the guidance of the Vice President of the United States of America, Mike Pines, to see the conditions of various components. 

The US delegation included Ambassador Mark Green, director of the US Agency for International Development, Douglas Seelman, US ambassador to Iraq, Jeff Fortenberry, Congressman, Frank Wolf, Congressman. Retired, Ambassador Sam Brownbargh US special envoy for freedom of international religions, Ken Gross, US consul in the Kurdistan region and a number of US officials.

The statement pointed out that "the guest delegation has started the meeting with the blessing of embracing the government and people of the Kurdistan Region a large number of displaced people and refugees to escape terrorism, shelter and provide the necessary services for them in the Kurdistan Region despite the crises," and expressed the hope that the return of security and stability to their regions to be able to return to their homes, as the price of the delegation a high state of coexistence between the Kurdistan region components. " 

the statement added that" Nechirvan Barzani thanked the delegation 's visit and the initiative of the Vice President of the United States, describing it as important , "stressing that the various components need international support to restore confidence, wa Kurdistan Regional Government is ready to provide all assistance and facilities in this area. "

The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, according to the statement, "that the components deep historical roots in Iraq and in the region, and therefore I think it is necessary to build confidence in them to stay in Iraq and in the province of Kurdistan and not migrate abroad." 

The statement pointed out that "the political process in Iraq, the results of the elections, the security situation in the region, the US assistance to displaced people and refugees and ways to develop institutions of the Kurdistan Regional Government were discussed."
