Parliamentary Finance: Budget will be distributed to the ministries after the publication in the Chronicle "newspaper" directly

Finance Committee member confirmed Majid al-Tamimi, said on Saturday that the budget will be distributed to all ministries after the publication in the Gazette of Iraq immediately, pointing out that the budget is now in the office of the presidency to an approved.

Tamimi said in an interview for "direction Press" that it Estgrq for more than one month, stressing that all ministries of the state budget will receive at one time and will be among the Alaloyat are the salaries of staff allocations and the war against terrorism.

She said that Tamimi is ready to exchange the financial budget for the central government next month and without delay, pointing out that the 2017 budget disbursement not faced any problems or obstacles by the government mechanisms.

Tamimi pointed out that the government had a significant lesson from the past years through the development of austerity plans and take some action to address the economic problems.

Tamimi showed that after the liberation of the usurped areas by Daesh there will be a new phase, a phase of Iraq build a better, pointing out that oil prices at this stage of the economic situation will improve.

The House voted in its regular - sixth session , headed by al - Jubouri , and the presence of 186 deputies Wednesday, 07.12.2016 on the general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for fiscal year .

 The Federal budget for the fiscal year / 2017 in the amount of income (79011421000) thousand dinars (seventy-nine trillion and eleven billion, four hundred and twenty-one million dinars), which has been allocated an amount of (100 671 160 790) thousand dinars (one hundred trillion six hundred and seventy one billion one hundred and sixty million seven hundred and ninety thousand dinars) to expenditures for the fiscal year 2017, while the total planned deficit of the federal public budget for the financial year 2017 (21659739790) thousand dinars (twenty-one trillion six hundred and fifty-nine billion seven hundred and thirty-nine million seven hundred and ninety thousand dinars).

DV,  Either two things happened.

1.  The KDP (Barzani's) finally agreed with all other Political parties in Parliament on the 2017 Budget which is good for all but not required.

or

2.  The majority Parliament just moved forward with majority vote w/o KDP (Barzani's) with 2017 Budget.  All good!!

**Final results = 2017 Budget will be published in the Gazette on 1 or 2 Jan 2017.

**All political blocs better get on board because "Ain't no stopping us now, we are on the move to RV / RI land".

Oil prices rose, heading for the first annual gain in three years, backed down and widespread dollar against major currencies, despite the rise in crude inventories in the United States.

Futures prices rose ore "Brent" Standard handover March by 0.4% to $ 57.08 a barrel at 8:02 pm Beirut time.

As raw "NYMEX" the US for February delivery rose 0.35 to $ 53.94 a barrel.

This comes to coincide with the decline in the dollar index, which measures its performance against a basket of currencies Home- by 0.35% to 102.30 points. / Ended 29 n / 10

Oil ends year on the biggest annual gain since 2009

Oil prices recorded a slight decrease in the settlement Friday the last trading day this year, but posted the biggest annual gain since 2009 after the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries agreed (OPEC) with major producers outside the cut crude production to reduce the glut of global supply , which put pressure on prices inmore than two years.

The number of US rigs by two platforms in the ninth weekly increase in a row as reported by Baker Hughes oil services company. 

But the total number of which amounted to 525 platform in the last week of the year is still below last year 's level by 11 platform.

It fell WTI US mediator in the futures five cents, or about 0.1 percent to $ 53.72 a barrel as the global London Brent crude down three cents, or about 0.1 percent to $ 56.82 a barrel.

Brent about 52 percent this year, while US crude rose about 45 percent to its annual Mkasphma Van largest since 2009, when Brent rose WTI 78 percent and 71 percent respectively.

Oil prices have slid since the summer of 2014 from more than $ 100 a barrel because of oversupply, which is due to reasons including the US shale oil boom.

But OPEC historic deal about reducing production reached over three months starting from September, reflecting the return of the organization, which includes 13 members to adopt the old goal of price protection.
