announced the Ministry of Commerce , on Monday, it will distribute 25 000 dinars per capita Kmbalg compensatory ration of materials that have not been received over the past year in 2014, asserting that these amounts are present in the banks will be distributed during the next ten days. The Minister of Trade Mlas Mohammed in an interview for Alsumaria News , that "the ministry has formed a Finance Committee working on the General Company for Grain Trade and the General Company for Foodstuff Trading and the Department of Planning and Follow-up in order to install the amounts of compensatory foodstuffs," noting that "the amounts were installed based on the number of souls and the number of months that are not distributed, as well as the prices of materials and the share of per capita ".

 

 

He said Muhammad that "the Commission has identified amounts of compensatory last four months of last year from the ration materials which have not been distributed to 25 000 dinars," he said. "These amounts are present in the banks will be distributed during the next ten days." The Ministry of Commerce had distributed in November 2014 amount of compensatory by 17 000 dinars per person for materials that have not been received from the beginning of January until the month of the end of August of last year 2014. The estimated amounts of the ration card should be available annually vocabulary distributed by four million and 400 thousand tons of wheat and about a million tons of rice and 800 thousand tons of sugar and 500 thousand tons of infant formula and 600 thousand tons of edible oil. The ministry has reduced in 2010, the card items to the five basic materials are flour, rice, sugar, oil, baby milk, and confirmed that the rest of the ration card items can be purchased from local markets legumes, tea, washing powder and milk adults it will be canceled.

BAGHDAD - morning 
decided the Ministry of Commerce distribution of 25 000 dinars per capita Kmbalg compensatory ration of materials that have not been received over the past year 2014. 
The Minister of Commerce Mlas Mohammed said: "The ministry has formed a Finance Committee working on the General Company for Grain Trade and the General Company for the food trade and the Department of Planning and follow-up in order to install the amounts of compensatory foodstuffs. " 
And that "the amounts were installed based on the number of souls and the number of months that have not been distributed, as well as material prices and the share of per capita".

Shafaq News / Rafidain Bank announced on Saturday, using modern techniques in paying salaries of retirees through the smart card in its branches in the country.

 

“The bank has put its capabilities in providing services for retirees and pay their salaries in appropriate time and without delay ,” The general director of the bank , Basem Kamal al-Hassani said in a written statement received by Shafaq News”.

 

He added that the bank is one of the main pillars and is a national bank leads its services to all sectors ranging from government , private and issues related to citizens who need direct humanitarian service.

I don't see them getting excited for a 25,000 dinar worth $21.25. I also don't see them giving everyone $25,000 worth either. I think .10 Worth 2,500 would be happy time for Iraq.

It looks like this is to reimburse them for supplies, not pay their salary.  That might have something to do with how much they're being paid...
