Baghdad (news) Riaúsh Republic ratified the financial budget of the state in 2012. A source in the presidency (of the Agency news) said on Thursday that the president approved the budget of 2012 that passed the House of Representatives late last February.

Do not worry about the delete the zero part..that part "is what it is" and we will found out if it is or isn't part of the plan when it comes out... see they are ready to implement it....we are waiting but you must look at what else is happening too, to understand the differences in the past budgets...

The channel quoted the Iraqi semi-official news saying that the Presidency of the Republic approved the budget of 2012 that passed the House of Representatives late last February.

The House of Representatives had voted on 23 February, the approval of the budget bill for fiscal year 2012 during its regular hour-long late at night.

The size of the budget [105] billion dollars in the analysis conducted by [where] the budget, the allocations of the security and defense comes in second place, amounting to 14%, followed by social services, 12% and the Kurdistan region of 11% in addition to what is happening by the province from the allocations of projects, regions and provinces in proportion to the population, amounting to 5%.

The budget allocated for education 9% and for the environment, health, water and 4% and 3% sewage, Culture, Youth 2% and 2% of the agricultural sector and industrial and 1.2% less than that for the rest of sectors.
