Of course we all realize that the Ambasador is in baghdad to sharpen pencils and change the toner on the copy machine Right? :lol:

So, therefore he does not think on hiw own, or make public statements unless told to do so and told what to say. And who would that be telling him what to say? His boss, whoever that is. I would assume that would be our equivalent of the Director of the State Department, who boss in the President. Follow my logic?
