As long as we let these crooks stay in Washington without being accountable for their actions we're all going to keep getting screwed. When your kids talk to you about Ron Paul listen to them. I think their more in the know

I somewhat agree with the opening salvo. The only thing I disagree with is that what has Obama to do with a foreign country RV? The Iraqi gov doesn't care about us so how would Obama put it into action. I agree how good it would make hime look. I agree that i would be so awesome for the USA. But I just don't see Iraqi moving forward unless it is in their best interest in their first and second quarters giving Maliki a confidence boost. I think if the RV happens before the 1st of Jan it will be for the job security of the gov officials of Iraq.

Most americans do not have or even pay attention to Ieaq as we do..Obama in his best case scenario needs this to RV NOW.. Why you ask?

Iraq doesnt care about us or our money. Obama does because it is election time..If the Dinar Rv's before the 1st, then he has until april to collect capital gains taxes on trillions of Dinar cash ins that would off set the deficit, increase obviouse cash flow, the economy would greatly improve FAST !.

Think as a common joe for a second.Most husbands and wives who hold dinar would most likely quit their jobs, opening millions of jobs immediately.They would most likely pay off their homes or buy new ones thus turning the housing market around. It dominoes buy creating construction work for all the trades!

Now furniture is selling again and the car business startes to boom here.

The banks will loosen lending requirements and have better portfolios.

Now the next part...If the Dinar doesnt RV until after Jan 1st,,WATCH, I predict, WATCH our government put that well spoken of flat 15%tax break in place if you

pay your taxes immdeiately when you cash in , collecting much taxes immediately because otherwise, you really wouldnt have to pay the government until the latest april 15th of 2013 !!

If people choose to do that, they most likely will lose the 15% flat tax and I see the government creating and implementing the rich tax program which makes the government more money.

So i see that the U.S. gov has all the bases covered.

Now Obama looks like a hero and probobly be his ONLY chance of getting re elected.

I will add my two cents now. No matter when this RV's, it is true there are going to be a lot of pissed off people out there. Prez O, has no bussiness taking any credit for this RV especially when this was all put together by the previous administration. We as a large group of people here can certainly put out there for the whole country to hear that former Prez Bush came up with this plan. It was well broadcasted early on that under whatever act they created that Americans could buy into the currrency. (The act number escapes me at the moment, so that you folks know.) Bush did say the war will pay for its self in the end but did not elaborated to much into it.

All we have to do is get the media types like Rush Limbugh to hype on this and soon Prez O will be knocked down several pegs.

Bob you wrote a good theory about where we are at now. Let's just hope the RV part plays out soon. Also, we owe a debt of grattitude to all our vets that served in Iraq, including those that gave their lives and those that came home with injuries. Never forget the troops that fought in this war and came home safe.

You are into something BIG. Keep close to your source. The only thing wrong in your statement is RV. I have been reading comments on the board pertaining President Obama. I am not an Obama fan, however he is not the socialist people make him to be. He is into something so BIG, so BIG that he will be remembered for decades if not centuries. I know that because I am a part of it. America will have so much wealth that poverty in the world will be no more. President Obama does not even know why he was elected. I do want an RV just as bad as everyone else. But I would give it all back and then some if it would give back the lives of our troops who fought and died in Iraq. Remember that the war damages more than the body, it damages hearts and souls. I was reading where the troops will have a hard time assimilating back into society and there will be psychological disorders, divorces and such. I plan on helping others and will seek guidance on where the money should go.

PS. My personal advice to anybody is to cash out ASAP if this thing does RV.

The volatility of the region is far too complex to gamble on holding on to IQD long term in my humble opinion.

The troops have just been out a few days and everything is already going up in smoke over there.

Now, do I think it could RV before the 1st?... absolutely! They could. But my thinking is they need it for their own 2012 budget ... not our budget, our tax base, or to make our president look good. Now that we are out of there... all they care about is getting their own country in order. That doesn't mean they won't listen to some outside pressure, but I don't think that is their key motivation for action... or in this case, inaction!

i must honestly say that after all these years of watching the Iraqi Government in action , their only obvious motivation isn't their country or their people. ...... It's their own greed and lust for power that motivates them and as much as I hate to say this, it works in our favor that way , because they will want as much wealth as possible as quickly as possible. So, whenever ,if ever they "RV" , I will gladly cash in , pay my taxes and thank only myself for having the foresight to see this investment for what it is. I own a real estate LLC company and although it would make it easier for me to pay my taxes quarterly, I don't and pay the little $200 penalty for not doing so and pay my taxes the following April. So it's not like they are going to come get the quarterly payment, you just may have to pay a penalty if you don't pay your taxes on a quarterly basis.

I do the same thing. I don't like giving the USG a loan, no matter how small, every 1/4.

iF "O" could control that best time to do it would be the 3rd quarter (July, August, Sept) and I would bet he would do that if he could. I ignore half of what CNBC has to say about anything and believe only 10% of the remaining half. Now here is the milion dollar question....Would you sacrifice your country in the interest of your own financial growth? OR better yet would you give "O" another 4 years if it could guarantee you that IQD would rise substantially? Just questions that do not need answers publicly. Just think about it. I will however, without giving a direct answer to my own question make this statement: I believe 4 more Years of "O" will devestate the youth and/or high achievers for the next two generations, at least.
