Why the need for a voice mail when this story has already been posted "the boy that cried wolf".............just saying

She talks about Iraq'q 5 year plan, the United Nations sanctions that are scheduled to expire this month and the Irbil agreement. The point made was that the facts are clear about nothing is being delayed if you pay attention to the facts and disregard the rumors.
