In a 2-1 decision, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans upheld a Texas-based judge's injunction blocking the Obama administration's immigration initiative. Republicans had criticized the plan as an illegal executive overreach when Obama announced it last November. Twenty-six states challenged the plan in court. The administration argued that the executive branch was within its rights in deciding to defer deportation of selected groups of immigrants. Part of the initiative included expansion of a program called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, protecting young immigrants from deportation if they were brought to the U.S. illegally as children. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott released a statement Monday evening after the ruling was announced: "The court's decision is a vindication for the Rule of Law and the Constitution. The President's job is to enforce the immigration laws, not rewrite them. President Obama should abandon his lawless executive amnesty program and start enforcing the law today." Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton also supported the decision in a statement: “Today, the Fifth Circuit asserted that the separation of powers remains the law of the land, and the president must follow the rule of law, just like everybody else. Throughout this process, the Obama Administration has aggressively disregarded the constitutional limits on executive power, and Texas, leading a charge of 26 states, has secured an important victory to put a halt to the president’s lawlessness. “I commend Gov. Abbott for his leadership on this issue, as well as the talent and hard work of Texas Solicitor General Scott Keller, who along with his team has so eloquently and expertly argued our case.”

Once it is salt free, what do you do with it. Truck it? Pump it? Salt water is on the coast where fresh water is plentiful. Fresh water is needed at higher elevations. It is an awesome advancement ! I just do not see how it can be 99% cheaper when you think about getting it where it is needed.

Actually, I do not listen to him much at all anymore. I have a thumb drive that has about 300 songs that I plug into my car and truck. I have a song or two of his......Catholic Girls, and something else. He was the Main Adviser to The Los Angles and maybe another symphony for many years. He has rooms with very organized music with many shelves that he has done over the years. All I can say is years ago, I use to listen to Joes Garage. If you listen to all 3 albums, it tells his life story. I was telling airplanes where to go at that time. Level 3 facility. Sure miss that toooooo.

I know someone that has been doing this since the late 80's. He is very succesful. He has credit, mortgage, etc. He does not pay taxes. Also, if you choose to go this way, you may be due a large refund.
