Received Dr. Iyad Allawi, former Prime Minister and the President of the Iraqi List, a number of telegrams of congratulations from the heads and princes of Arab States in response to the cables that sovereignty has been sent to them ..

And comes to the exchange of telegrams between Dr Allawi and the heads of princes, the Arab states affirmation of the status of Dr. Allawi, the presidents and princes of Arabs, as has the sovereignty of a privileged position and a location prominent in these characters and Arabic, which often receives sovereignty to talk about the political process in Iraq.
