Received Dr. Iyad Allawi, former Prime Minister and the President of the Iraqi List, a number of telegrams of congratulations from the heads and princes of Arab States in response to the cables that sovereignty has been sent to them ..

And comes to the exchange of telegrams between Dr Allawi and the heads of princes, the Arab states affirmation of the status of Dr. Allawi, the presidents and princes of Arabs, as has the sovereignty of a privileged position and a location prominent in these characters and Arabic, which often receives sovereignty to talk about the political process in Iraq.

Maybe it is his birthday. I Googled it but all I could find is that he was born in 1945. He has had a very interesting life though and has survived 3 assasination attempts, particularly by Saddam's henchmen. very interesting read.

I'm surprised Mr. Mubarak(sp?) had time to draft a note of congratulations in the last couple of days. One would think he'd be a bit busy with everything going on outside his own back door.
