Apply some common sense or you will loose what you have gained very quickly. We all have plans but if the rate isn't what we expect those plans will need to change.

What else....

7.) Hotel , Airport and Casino : buy a huge land to build hotel ,casino and airport to increase income. Then, invite people all over the world to come and spend the money in the casino. This plan can only work out if the rate is $5+. If the rate is less than a buck , then change a plan.

My plan is to get a room at a "Holiday Inn Express" where you get really smart.....so I'll know what to do......

At the minute ... Cash enough to be comfy for 5 or 6 months. Pay off my mortgage and car finance . Sit back and think about the rest be fore I make any rash decisions

Good advice.

We all need to take a pause before we go off the deep end spending ourselves into oblivion like drunken sailors.

Many Lotto winners end up broke in a few years by no planning & no self-control over their newfound wealth.

myself, I plan on helping out some family members and the Indian Training School in Mexico. Buy some rental properties and let other people pay my bills.

I am planning to start a social housing buisness if the rate is high enough. Other wise I will buy a few properties to let and enjoy life.

My ideal would be to buy a local farm which is on the market. Now this place is special as it is where the clydesdale horse breed was actually developed and originated from. Clydesdales are on the endangered list and I would import clydesdales from Canada and the US in order to improve the British gene pull. Many mares in the uk have problems with foals because the UK gene pool is too narrow. Sadly , my health a is not so good now and I am not able to have this as a possibility
