He was President at the time he took the documents and he has the right to have those documents. End of Story.

 

Unlike Joe Biden, Hillarious Clinton and Mike Pence, all who are definitely in violation of the law for being in possession of classified documents.

He was not president when he took them. And that is really beside the point. At 12:01 January 20th he is no longer President. He has no right to have those documents. End of story. Those documents are and belong to the American people not one egotistical person. And I’m fairly confident you aren’t supposed to show them to ordinary citizens. I’m fairly confident when the government comes calling and wants the documents returned you don’t give back half and hide the other half for over two years. 
Funny you bring up Biden. Biden is. President now. According to you Biden has every right to those documents wherever he wants them……..or I guess that doesn’t apply to a President you don’t like.

When asked all the people you referenced returned them all. Even one that’s President. What law did he break………..37 of them! I guess you think showing thing like nuke capability of the US to some yahoos at a golf course is a-ok.🤦‍♀️

Every government in the world has copies, or knowledge of all these treasured secretive items... that are so important to the talking heads in the MSM....They build it up....expound on it....it makes them more important... (Fox/CNN/Etc.)

 

Let the courts handle it....

 

IMO the MSM is the most destructive entity in dividing the country and the World....they are the mouth pieces for all who want to destroy the greatest country in the history of the world....If you're basing your judgements on the misinformation the MSN spews then you have my sympathy....

He was President.  The White House is/was emptied of all the outgoing President's personal effects including records. Prior to Biden's inauguration.

 

If you watched the video all the way through you might learn something.  If you did watch it all through, next time take your head out and listen to what Mr Davis was telling you.
