He obviously was Iran's buddy through the 8 years. As well as one of the key reasons, if not THE reason, why Iraq went backwards due to our troop withdrawal, Isis support etc. etc.. It sure seemed like no secret that He wouldn't want a revaluation. JMO, sorry if I ruffle some feathers. Iraq has a lot of oil and oil is the main source of income. And , the price of oil was above 100 bucks before and that is supposed to make iraq richer ,so that iraq can pay the debt , and why did the world bank want to bankrupt iraq then?
