China admitted the balloon belonged to them. If there was an EMP producing device contained in it why would they float it over much of the continental US without detonating it?

 

If they had detonated it at 60,000 ft. It wouldn't have a very wide cone of damage....it would need to be much higher that that.

 

If Xi is a good guy, why would he float a device that could creat an EMP over the US ?

 

An EMP created over the US from a Chinese weather balloon would trigger WW3.

 

A more likely scenario would be a missle fired from a vessel just outside the 12 mile limit....perhaps carrying containers. Within minutes the proper altitude for maximum affect would be reached...(much higher than 60,000 ft) and with the right payload much of the electrical grid would be down. It would be more difficult to blame anyone specific for the act of war.

 

I don't buy the Balloon/EMP theory. It makes no sense and is illogical at best...

There aim is not to create a war…although they are desperate because they are loosing…the ballon’s are designed to black out all coms and shutdown all banking networks for the reset to occur…10 days of darkeness…

There are many ways besides antiquated weather balloons to knock out the communications of a country. 

Shutting down the banking for 10 days....pretty easy to do....just claim a cyber attack....

Whatever the truth is, there’s more than meets the eye and I’m not sure we as private citizens will ever be privy to what really is going on. But I appreciate screwball and coorslite’s opinions. We got smart people in these threads with different backgrounds for sure. I’m thinking the Amish have it figured out though…. If there was an EMP, they wouldn’t miss a beat. 😂
