I am doing great. Lots of fun backyard activities going on.

Dug out and poured footers and columns for a gazebo.

Placing forms for a yard drain and sump pump.

Getting ready for the landscaper to come in and turn the backyard mud pit into a backyard paradise.

Shop needs painting when the weather warms a bit.

Oh, and need to put the doggy door in so the fur kids can go out when they need to do their business.

If we lack so much understanding then why are the Democrats in such an uproar about the summary? If they know that there is more coming down the pipeline and that Trump will still be found guilty of something, why all the screaming to see the full report?  Me thinks there won't be much more coming from other investigations.  BUT if anyone digs long enough on most people they are bound to find something either illegal, was illegal, or just downright embarrassing.  They will find something from 60 years ago when he was in grade school and say "SEE! We told you!  He got an D- on a spelling test! Impeach! Impeach!"

I fear that the president will never have a moment where he, or those associated with him, are never under some form of investigation for the next 6 years.

These wonderful people of the New Democratic Socialist Party of the US fear if they do not screem about Trump then its blind followers will start believing the other side. Saying to themselves well if what Trump and the Repubs were saying all along then it was not them that lied to us, the American people. Adding to the numbers of people who have already left the Dem Party . Thy are upset over the summary merely because it gives them cover for a fake cover-up by the party in power; all that sort of rot. Two more weeks of keeping their house of cards from falling down. I predict that when the report does come out and the secure sources are redacted as required by law, they will claim the redacted portions contained the very PROOF of Trumps traitorous collusion crimes. By then the house will have begun to fall in significant sections. The dems house of cards then will completely fall when Trump gives permission to release all the documents and testimony surrounding the FISA Warrants . When he releases the facts regarding the corruption of the nations investigatory agencies such as the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, and DOD at the top. How and what they did and who knew about it and when. Well then the house of cards will completely fall down. The bow that ties this present up, making look nice and pretty, shortly before the 2020 campaign, will be the indictment of HRC and WJC for obstruction.

WHAT DO JUSTICE DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS CALL FOR?

Justice Department regulations do not require the release of the entire special counsel report but also do not prevent Barr from doing so, giving him leeway to disclose it if it is in the public interest.

Special counsels can be appointed by the department to investigate matters of high sensitivity that are not handled through the normal channels.

The department placed limits on special counsel powers in the 1999 regulations creating the post.

The regulations state that when an investigation is conducted a special counsel must provide the attorney general a “confidential report” explaining why particular individuals were or were not charged.

The regulations require Barr to notify the top Republicans and Democrats on the House of Representatives and Senate Judiciary Committees that the investigation has ended. Department policy calls for Barr to summarize the confidential report for Congress with “an outline of the actions and the reasons for them.” According to the regulations, Barr “may determine that public release of these reports would be in the public interest, to the extent that release would comply with applicable legal restrictions.”

In deciding what to release, Barr may have to confront thorny legal issues involving secrecy of grand jury testimony, protecting classified information, communications with the White House possibly subject to the principle of executive privilege shielding certain information from disclosure, and safeguarding confidential reasons for why some individuals were not charged.

WHAT POLITICAL PRESSURE MIGHT BARR BE FEELING?

Some Democrats have expressed concern Barr may try to shield Trump and bury parts of the report. Barr may feel pressure from the Republican president to conceal damaging parts of Mueller’s report and release any findings that may exonerate him.

Barr, 68, is a veteran Washington insider who also was attorney general from 1991 to 1993 under Republican President George H.W. Bush. He has embraced an expansive view of presidential powers but also is considered a defender of the rule of law.

Trump fired Barr’s predecessor, Jeff Sessions, in November after complaining for months about Sessions’ 2017 decision to recuse himself from overseeing the Russia investigation.

WHAT IF BARR DECLINES TO RELEASE THE FULL REPORT?

Democrats control the House and some already have pledged to subpoena the report and Mueller and go to court if necessary to secure its full release. The House on March 14 voted 420-0, with four conservative Republican lawmakers voting “present,” to approve a non-binding resolution urging Barr to make public everything in Mueller’s report that is not expressly prohibited by law and to provide the entire document to Congress.

HOW HAVE OTHER SPECIAL COUNCILS REPORTS BEEN HANDLED?

Only two special counsels have been appointed under the 1999 regulations: Mueller and former Senator John Danforth, who was appointed that same year to investigate the deadly 1993 federal raid on the Branch Davidian cult compound in Waco, Texas. Danforth’s report in 2000 cleared government officials of wrongdoing.

In appointing Danforth, Attorney General Janet Reno specifically directed him to draft a report for public release on his findings, which he did. Rosenstein made no such demand on Mueller.

Information / Baghdad ..

The Russian embassy in Washington after the collapse of the American investigation into the intervention of Moscow in the US elections, the organization of a competition for the best false news confirms the Russian intervention in the elections of this country or that.

"Now that Muller has done it, we would like to announce a competition for the best false news on the issue of Russian intervention," the embassy wrote on Twitter.

The investigation team for the Russian intervention in the US elections, and Donald Trump's exaggeration of Hillarious Clinton, announced under the chairmanship of Prosecutor Robert Mueller recently that he did not disclose any evidence condemning Russia, confirming Trump's innocence of the charge of communicating with Russia, which his opponents are still trying to fabricate him . Ending / 25

Hmmm....I seem to recall Trump going on national television and asking Russia for Hil's emails.....sounds like colluding to me.  I suppose we need to wait for Mueller's 300 page report to hit the newsstands to know for sure....Barr's 4 page dime version just doesn't cut it.  Since we paid for the whole thing we ought to be able to see the whole thing.

GO RV, then BV

No that is not what Trump said. His exact words were:

“Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing" from Clinton's email servers, Trump said on July 27, 2016. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”

This statement doesn't ask, doesn't tell to hack nor does it break any US laws unlike the woman who used hammers to destroy classified government property and misplaced 33K emails about "yoga and the whatnot". In reality, the emails on a private server with open access (very little security) had the highest form of classified information on it. The woman should have been in front of a judge and jury to determine her guilt instead she got the court of public opinion in which was controlled by the accused.

I mean really, Hitlary does yoga? If she does yoga, I have never drank alcohol a day in my life and we all know that this world needs lots and lots of alcohol.

So you think by Trump saying if Russia was listening and that he hopes he finds Hitlary's 33K emails is akin to collusion? Man if you had not been drinking you should be.

Let's look at this from a standpoint like this:

1. You tell me you lost a 20 dollar bill.

2. I say to everyone, I hope Ralph finds the 20 dollar bill Shabs is missing.

3. Ralph goes to a bank and robs it of 20 dollars (I know cheap bank)

By your logic I have colluded with ole Ralphy-boy to rob the bank of 20 dollars.  Not in a million years would anyone with any type of logic see that I colluded with Ralh to rob the bank.

Collusion would look something like this

1. You tell me you lost 20 dollars.

2. I Say to Ralph, I hope Ralph finds the 20 dollars Shabs is missing and let's go rob a bank to find it.

3. I drive Ralph to the bank where he goes inside and robs the bank of 20 dollars and we drive off.

That is collusion and accessory to the crime. It is an analogy I use with muslims when they say they are moderate and I Say there is no such thing as a moderate muslim. Why? They pay the zakat, a tax, which in turns pays the terrorists which they say has hijacked islam. Because they knowingly know where the money is going to go, they have colluded or been an accessory to the crime. If you drive Ralph to the bank knowing he is going to rob it, sit out in the car to wait for him, he kills a guard in the midst of the robbery, you are just as guilty as Ralph for pulling the trigger when he gets into your car and drives away. That is collusion or accessory to the crime. Trump did nothing of the sort with what he said.

The logic is so farfetched its laughable which is why Trump said he was joking when he stated this statement. It was connected after the infamous pee dossier that was a total fabrication and set into motion by Hitlary, others and 0bummer's administration to effect an outcome of an election. Those on the left who really want to overturn the election will be blind to this logic because emotions are irrational and devoid of logic.

Let it be known the scenario to have Ralph rob a bank is hypothetical and the only Ralph I Know is an uncle whom I haven't talked to in years.

Hello Theseus and  good afternoon to you...

You stated you don't believe there are any moderate muslims ( I hope I didn't misread you..If I did  then I'm sorry)......I respect your opinion....

I myself believe there are moderate muslims and also fanatic muslims...Every religion has its moderates and fanatics

I do not believe ALL muslims are fanatic  and  potential terrorists whose only scope in life is to overthrow the other religions ( namely Christianity)....Surely and unfortunately there are some with that intent.....But surely not all of them...Infact I choose to believe most are not like that...JMHO

Sadly enough fanatism is inter-twined with the very concept of religion....In History no religion has been exempt  from it ( I'd guess)....I admit I do not know about Buddhism, Zen etc...

We all hope of course that the moderate convictions and ideals will always prevail....For the sake of Humanity

Peace out

Umbertino,

In theory you would be close to correct.....However, not only do the Radical Muslims believe they a bound to kill all Christians, Jews, Yaziddis and any other that does not follow the Koran......They are also going to kill any other Muslim that does not conform to the Radical Beliefs and care out Jihad against the Infindel....

So, your moderate Muslims has a chose to make.....Conform and become Radical and Fight or Die.....Look at how many Muslims were killed, beheaded, burned, blown up and tortured by IS in Iraq.

Wrong. As always you are wrong again.  Origin of the name Ralph: From the Old Norse Rađulfr, Rathulfr, a compound name composed of the elements rađ, rath (counsel) and ulfr (wolf). The name, introduced by the Scandinavians, was reinforced by the Normans, who brought in the Germanic cognate Radulf, which is from the elements rād (counsel) and wulf (wolf).

Just as I suspected, Ralph is not Russian....therefore your example is deeply flawed.  Try again....and this time concentrate on forming a solid outline to cover the necessary variables of a new iron clad example......Be better.
