Exactly!  While I lived in Nashville there were pedestrians being hit and many killed...why?  Lack of safe pedestrian walkways?  No!  They would cross a highway day or night...and expect traffic to stop for their stupid arss!!!  You have a right to be stupid and reckless if you want...but that usually leads to death, the hospital, or jail! There is an easy solution to this situation. Black males, aged 15-34, can quit committing 9 times the crime and quit resisting arrest when they do get caught. 

Here in Florida, we passed the "stand your ground" law and guess who raised the most noise about it? The blacks. ! The law was considered racist, for goodness sakes. Taking this stance was admitting they were the ones most likely to try to rob and or assault others.  It didn't occur to them to just not rob or attack others. Everyone, no matter the color of ones skin, needs to behave and study in school, get a job, and live a crime free life. If one lives like this, their chance of being shot by a policeman goes way down to approximately 0.
