Hamidi and suggest that "a coalition of state law, if any, determined desire of other political blocs to pass important laws, provided it does not conflict with the Constitution and looking for the interests of the masses and not the community in general."

The speaker of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri earlier, to make concessions in order to pass important laws, because the public interest requires that everyone, in order to end differences on important laws, and that would contribute to the stability of the country.

For his part, MP for the coalition united Hamid al-Mutlaq underlines the importance that "the political blocs, without exception, a real and serious desire to pass important laws, and lack of concern by political differences, but that will not affect the public interest."

He says for (IMN) "The National Guard Law is one of the important laws that will agree on the approval of the political blocs in the first legislative session of the second legislative year, as keep pace with events that Iraq is going through now, and that you need."

Mutlaq and adds that "the situation that Iraq is going through now is not likely political bickering and the postponement of the adoption of important laws, which put on the shelves of Parliament years ago," noting "the existence of positive indicators on the adoption of important laws during the second legislative year."

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Syria Sheikh Mohammed and the arrival of three laws to the Council in order to be included in the agenda and voted upon.

He told (IMN) "The presidency of the Council working on important laws that would push the political process forward legislation," asserting that "the presidency received three laws, are parties, investment and immigration."

As says the Kurdistan Alliance MP Susan Baker's (IMN) said that "the political blocs agreed during the meetings that took place between them recently, to pass important laws, after included in the parliamentary agenda, with a view to approval and start working out."
