tlars brother
he wont be free for long now.....I think n the long run, about 80% of what he stole will be recovered. He was so arrogant in thinking he would get a third term that he never really covered his tracks very well--making it easy to track these funds.

mr.unlikely
If there is anything I hate worse than a liar is a thief. If there is anything I hate worse than a thief is a thief and a liar. This scumbag is the lowest form of life I know and hanging would be to good for him. They should give him a fair and speedy trial then do what the do in Saudi arabia, public flogging say 500 lashes 20 at a time in the public square, with enough time to heal before the next 20. A couple of those and maybe he will just kill himself.
NextYear
Now this makes a lot of sense. You couldn't really touch him in Iraq. Even though he is one of the many scums of the Earth, he still is a powerful figure in his country with lots of supporters. Best thing all around to do is leave him alone, let him feel secure in his position and eventually he will hang himself and so he has by traveling outside of Iraq to count his ill gotten gains. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if Abadi hadn't been making deals with the Lebanese authorities when Maliki did step foot there and arrest him there and have him tried there far away from his influence and supporters in Iraq.
