Detection Edohaih Presidency of the Council of Representatives, Aram Sheikh Mohammed, yesterday, that the parliament will hold an emergency session on the general budget for 2015, at a time when the House of Representatives decision Niazi Ihsanoglu pointed out that the non-inclusion on the agenda of Parliament sessions comes to the need of the Finance Committee to time in order to complete the its final report.

Parliamentary source said, in a press statement, said that "Sheikh Mohammed said in the beginning of the opening of the parliament session yesterday morning," It will be an emergency meeting of the House of Representatives on the general budget in the case of completed contract law by the parliamentary finance committee project. "

For his part, Ihsanoglu said in a statement seen by the Agency for News Agency (et): "The Finance Committee has apologized for the budget in 2015 to include the yesterday's meeting agenda for not drafting the budget report in accordance with the powers provided by the constitution of the House of Representatives is complete," adding that "there is a lot problems need to face the ministries and institutions benefiting from the budget in order to have a real and rational allocation of funds. "

 

Ihsanoglu said that it is essential to find solutions and alternatives and ports calculations to reduce the shortfall in the budget and keep the section of the doors open to the computational variables in oil prices, "expected" Showing the budget to a vote next week

You guys are generally very literal when it comes to article reading.  If you step back and read these from 30,000 feet and instead of 300 feet, you will see that they are just spinning in circles for a reason,,,,and its not because the budget committee is not finished or they aren't ready to vote.  There have been several articles that have stated just that in the past several days--the committee is done and the votes are there.  This article says it all, the rest are meaningless....they will go into session at a moments notice and pass the budget, meaning when everything else(the RV) is ready to go. Use your common sense, Jabouri has never been one to just fart around at all, and Abadi ceretainly is not a procratinator.  So why would they be farting around now?? Abadi off in London and Davos and Jabouri being in Turkey until today? Are they worried about the budget process--which is obviously the most important item on the agenda?  Nope, they are not.  You shouldn't either.

tlars, totally agree with your summarization ref allowing all things to be 100% done right before they release the rate. Keeping the faith. Go RV!!

The CBI, GOI & the people of Iraq to include the rest of the "World" all know that the time has come now vice the latter to reenter the international market.
