Oil Committee Votes Unanimously to Send National Oil Company bill to House of Representatives

 Agreed to the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary bill Police National Oil unanimous 13-member ones, and submitted to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives for the purpose of inclusion on the agenda.

Said the Commission’s decision Qasim Muhammad’s (IMN) said that «the Commission on oil and energy in the presence of 13 members agreed unanimously to pass a bill the national oil company, while the three members of the Magazine, one of the laws of the five within the oil and gas law », adding that« the Commission raised the draft law to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives for the purpose of inclusion in the agenda of the meetings ».,

adding that« the law includes that the activities of the national oil company include all parts of Iraq, including the Kurdistan region, and will continue to draw a political strategy for the oil sector of the jurisdiction of the federal government represented by the Ministry of Oil ».,

and continued that« the Federal Council for Oil and Gas in accordance with the draft law on the national oil company, they follow the Council scheduled plastic of the Administrative ».

You are shooting yourselves in the foot Iraq. How many oil companies will be willing to invest in building infrastructure if there is the possibility of nationalizing the entire oil industry in Iraq.

This is the oil and gas law their referring to. The National company is the 

 

organization that will oversee and run the day to day operations. Things like 

 

who gets contracts and making sure the proper payments are maid.

Not really a Rumor!!  It was brought over from another site and I had to remove the links as per the Rules of the site!  Before I did that I tried to get the direct link to the article but the link was dead and all I received was a Google Error message!  I believe it is a good article but I can't find a good working link to the original article!

No. This is the Oil and Gas law. This Bill regulates the industry.

The HCL has to do with profit sharing and is tied to the budget.

The HCL and Tariff Bills are what we are all looking for.

This will get us our RV.
