I disagree with the 3000 troop scenario. I believe with the 9... count 'em... NINE bases we have there, we will ALWAYS be watching out for them. So I don't think Iran is something to worry about. They can hem and haw all they want - but they aren't gonna do jack squat. They can't. We would wipe them off the face of the planet. With all the lives, money, etc.. we (the United States) have invested in Iraq, we are NOT going to let a country like Iran do ANYTHING. Shabibi is ready to go. He explained to me, that once a rate appears on the screen in amber it typically NEVER changes from that rate. He also explained to me that the excact date for these things to happen are guarded very closely, and that if that information was easy to get, like some of these gurus claim. corporate investors (who he deals with) would be paying top dollar to investigators all the time to receive this information. It’s simply not that readily available for obvious reasons. Note: The country code for Iraq’s currency may very well be 368 as stated by others, My brother has 25 plus years of experience handling investment and such, this is NOT a mis-interpretation of that fact. The fact that it’s appearing on screens across the country, indicates that this is in the process of showing. That’s the scoop I got from someone I trust and totally believe.

[kaperoni] We know removing the 3 zeros and restructuring it will decrease the US Dollar's presence in Iraq and will give more purchasing power to people and will have many benefits for the Iraqi economy. [kaperoni] That tells us two things, the rate will be at least over the USD (1 to $1), and this is a revaluation and not any other type such as a devaluation or LOP. [kaperoni] And lastly, we heard from an Iraqi journalist following this project say, they feel… “removal of the 3 zeros will be soon because of all the activity that CBI has been doing.” [kaperoni] That being said, let’s now move into this week. This past weekend was a bonanza of CBI, Economist and GOI articles all talking about the dinar. Truly the best news articles to date. [kaperoni] There are some pretty powerful statements in some of these articles. Rather than post each article…I am going to take just a few quotes from various articles and lay them out in this chat for you… [kaperoni] Someone by the name of He Taan said …“economic recovery phase in Iraq was now led to reconsider the restructuring of the currency of Iraq and starting from the deletion of zeros.” [kaperoni] Saleh said that… "this issue if it continues like this with the development of the economy and growth will be disabled, and therefore must restructure the currency and the deletion of zeros at the same time." [kaperoni] Saleh also said…. “this new currency will carry the three languages, Arabic, Kurdish and English, stressing that "symbols of national currency will be the legacy of the Iraqi civilization, [kaperoni] which extends eight thousand years, and therefore reflect one hundred percent of the Iraqi nation.” [kaperoni] Now, [kaperoni] This is key as it will be widely accepted and desired within Iraq. It also goes to the strength of the New Iraqi Dinar. [kaperoni] He also said.. “there a need for small denominations of currency represented by coin of the transactions small and large groups to meet the trading large cash [kaperoni] that is prepared in the first class institutions in the world and a world-class, pointing out the lack of the possibility of printing the currency in Iraq, after taking this experience several problems during the nineties of last century” [kaperoni] You see here they are “telling us” that both the paper notes and coins will be if not already, will be made by “world class” companies outside of Iraq. [kaperoni] We also heard from the Adviser to the Prime Minister..That he is trying to stop the CBI from going forward. [kaperoni] He says.. “stop the action to change the currency, warning of the mafias currency is preparing to rig the trillions of dinars exploited to change the currency, [kaperoni] as he emphasized that it will result in a huge mass of cash is difficult to confront.” [kaperoni] We heard a rebuttal from the CBI stating.. [kaperoni] “Played down the Iraqi Central Bank of the importance of the accusations made by one adviser to Prime Minister on Sunday, [kaperoni] to the Bank's policies, which count the deletion of zeros currency "in vain to open the door to more corruption in Iraq's history," adding that the charges has not been connected with reality [kaperoni] and reflects the ignorance of the content the entire project. "The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) has a real strategy for this issue" [kaperoni] Now, here is where the mass amount of articles gets a bit confusing in regard to their intention… [kaperoni] We see this quote from an article… “it becomes difficult to enhance the value of the Iraqi dinar, as the value of the dinar is different at home [kaperoni] for what are abroad and it will be just like any other currency sovereign like with neighboring countries when the country's economy buoyant through construction projects and investment. [kaperoni] The Central Bank of Iraq has put the idea of ​​raising three zeros from the Iraqi currency, in order to give support to the currency and reduce inflation rate and give them more confidence and acceptability in the financial transactions in global markets. Iraq breaks down its currency in 1000th's When they say remove or lift the three 000's they mean .00086 I dont care what any one else tells you I have worked in the ME for 10 years I know what they mean in the articles It even caused confusion in iraq because the American reporters that work at the news agencies turned it in to something else if you go back and research the first of the statements from shab's (he said lift the zero's from the exchange rate )and remove the large notes ............................................................. But what you are missing is 50 years of history Shab's is American taught Economist and all this falls right in line with our history when the UST removed large notes from our currency from 1920's till 1960's(and brought up the exchange rate)

The GBP....backed by what? I can guarantee none of these countries are backed by foreign reserves! Fixed advantages A fixed exchange rate should reduce uncertainties for all economic agents in the country. As businesses have the perfect knowledge that the price is fixed and therefore not going to change they can plan ahead in their productions. Inflation may have a harmful effect on the demand for exports and imports. To ensure that inflation is kept as low as possible the government is forced to take measurements, to keep businesses competitive in foreign markets. In theory a fixed exchange rate should also reduce speculations in foreign exchange markets. In reality this is not always the case as countries want to make speculative gains. Fixed Disadvantages The government is keeping the exchange rate fixed by manipulating the interest rates . If the exchange is in danger of falling the government needs to increase interest rates to increase demand for the currency. As this would have a deflationary effect on the economy the demand might decrease and unemployment might increase. A government has to maintain high levels of foreign reserves to keep the exchange rate fixed as well as to instill confidence on the foreign exchange markets. A while ago I ordered some dinar and had it sent to my moms house (I'm elsewhere at college) and I called her today to have her mail it to me. I had bought 100k but was only sent 50k and a partial refund.... SUSPICIOUS. I’ve been saying for months that Iraq needs to be more “self sufficient” before the RV can happen. In other words, they need the ability to sell oil and operate as a fully functioning business (<—- that is the HCL) and they also need the ability to possess WMDs and the liberty to use them if necessary (<—- that is Chapter 7). We are on the VERGE of these things happening… but like a chess game, it takes time for the game to settle itself. Perhaps one of the most important moves to recently be announced is, like it or not, a MAJOR withdrawal of US Troops from Iraq. MAJOR, as in leaving only 3000 US troops. Three thousand. Think about this… Iraq is making some great headway, but they are NOT capable of protecting themselves from a full invasion from another country… like Iran. Iran is sitting right next to Iraq, drooling all over itself. Iran has nuclear weapons and would like nothing more than to own all the oil in Iraq… and we all know that Iraq can’t defend itself without a fully functioning military and the right to use equal force against an invading country like Iran. If Iran comes in with WMDs, how does Iraq protect itself? At the moment, it does so with the help of the US, UN, and other occupying forces. But, what about when the US draws down to only three thousand troops?! Iraq is a sitting duck… unless they are given their toys back. When I say “toys”, I mean the right to keep the “big guns”. Let me spell it out a little further… I’m talking about Chapter 7. Currently, almost all of the United Nations Chapter 7 sanctions have been lifted…ALMOST! The few remaining sanctions prohibit Iraq from possessing WMDs, which some would say is good… but it’snot good. It’s not good when there is the very real threat of a neighboring country who DOES have WMDs attacking, killing, and taking control of the country and it’s assets. This isn’t “happy happy joy” time, friends… this is reality. If the US draws down to 3000 troops and Iraq does not have sufficient firepower to hold Iran at bay, Iran WILL invade. Millions of Iraqis WILL die. And Iran WILL take over alllllllllll that oil… does ANYONE in the world think that’s a good idea? I don’t think so. Guess what, though? Don’t get distracted by the noise, look at the big picture… this is a great chess move. In fact, this is nearing the “end game”, where the UN has NO CHOICE but to release the final restrictions against Iraq… so they can PROTECT themselves. It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to see how this is playing out. It does, however, take a little patience. This information is important to us, it has to do with the HCL and is from one of the better news sites in Iraq. There is no such thing as "too much information" in this investment, there is a serious lack of GOOD information available to us, and what we do get tends to be from poorly translated articles and documents. If information is too much for you to take in, go listen to the gurus and their bs, they are easier to understand since they have no real information to share.
