An Iraqi official in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in Baghdad told the " New Arab " that during the next two days a government delegation will be headed by representatives of the Ministry of Interior and National Security, the Customs and Justice Ministry, the Intelligence, Standardization and Quality Control Agency, , To Erbil in accordance with an agreement between  the Iraqi government and the territorial government, that Baghdad take all sovereign actions at international airports in the Territory in accordance with the Constitution, and exercise full authority at those airports .

The same official stressed that " lifting the air embargo on the region does not represent a full solution to the crisis, but it was agreed to  dismantle the crisis by resolving each file in isolation from other files ."

He commented a member of the Kurdistan Alliance, Hamma Amin, briefly on that information during a telephone conversation with the " new Arab " , explaining that " the information is correct, and hope not to jeopardize the agreement, and that progress will continue on this process - oriented " .
