Many Gurus are calling the RV next week.

Luigi says to be cautious falling for all the hype. Yes, economic reform could be completed by next week. Shabibi said this is a two year process. All the laws can be in place to conduct business & commerce in Iraq under the existing rate with all ER laws completed. Smart cards loaded, projects funded & tariffs in place can also happen under the existing rate. It is unlikely Iraq can function very long at such a rate.
