"He also met with Finance Minister and Treasury of the Republic of Turkey Perat Al-Birak, Minister of Finance of Kuwait Nayef Al-Hajraf and Minister of State of the Polish Ministry of Finance Piotr Noak, and discussed with them bilateral relations and means of developing trade exchange as well as decisions of the Kuwait Conference.
"He also met with the Minister of Cooperation in the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development Norbert Barthill and discussed with him the efforts to provide services and reconstruction and repair the cities destroyed by the military operations after the expulsion of a supporter of the terrorist."
