General conditions and controls

 

In case the applicant is an employee:

· The Borrower shall submit a real estate deed within a maximum period of (6) months from the date of receipt of the loan.

· The deduction of the premiums incurred by the borrower shall be through electronic payment tools, if possible.

• The loan guarantee is mortgaged on the property after it is registered in the name of the borrower in favor of the bank in addition to a guarantor for loans granted to non-employees and to be a permanent employee or customer with banking facilities documented by real estate guarantee or to provide a bill of exchange when the application is certified by the notary public. In consecutive installments, the bill is executed at the competent execution department without notice

· The amount of the loan granted does not exceed the price of building the residential unit included in the contract between the employee and the executing company for the construction provided that (the amount provided + all installments paid by the borrower before the loan is granted).

• Conducting an on-site disclosure of the property according to the supporting documents and a recent registration document issued by the real estate registration department or the relevant investment body by a committee composed of (a specialist in the general administration / disclosure committee in the branch / civil expert / Resident of the company). Supports achievement ratios.

 

Branch procedures in granting the loan

1. To submit an application in accordance with the attached form, as well as fill out the forms of support of the employee's department as an employee (if he is an employee) and its commitment to pay the premiums by deducting from his salary and sending it to the bank as well as the bill of exchange.
