Rafidain Bank announced on Thursday the granting of advances to private and mixed employees working in hospitals, colleges and private companies.

"It was decided to grant advances of 10 million dinars to employees of the private sector for his monthly salary more than 500 thousand dinars," the bank's information office said in a statement read by the economy news.

The statement added that "the employee is given 5 million dinars for his monthly salary to 500 000 dinars," noting that "the duration of the advance 5 years."

Al-Rafidain Bank announced on Saturday that the maximum limit for the granting of loans to owners of laboratories and medical supplies up to 50 million dinars and to ensure mortgage property provided by the borrower subject to insurance. 
The bank's information office said in a statement received by Mawazine News that "a loan of 25 million has been identified in the event that the borrower provides a civil servant from the employees of the local state services to the bank." 
"The loan term is 5 years with a grace period of 3 months."

Rafidain Bank has set the loans of the owners of universities, private schools and kindergartens amounting to 100 million dinars.

"For the purpose of providing support to universities and private schools and contributing to the creation of an educational environment, it is decided to grant loans to university owners, kindergartens and schools to expand their business," the bank's information office said in a statement.

- Guarantee of the advance Provide the guarantee of civil servant from the state departments and the permanent staff covers (50%) of his salary.
 
- Insurance of the life of the borrower and at the expense of the taxpayer.
 
- Should not exceed the age of the beneficiary of (59 years) and the service of the private sector or the mixed sector for less than two years.
 
- Submit personal documents (civil status ID + nationality certificate or national unified card) in addition to the housing card for the applicant and the sponsor.
 
- A book issued by the employer in which the employee of the private or mixed sector supports the applicant to continue the service and the amount of nominal and total salary and net salary.
 
- support from the municipal council in which he supports the title of housing (student advance) and certified signatures and official seals.

Al-Rafidain Bank on Wednesday confirmed that the grant of an advance of 10 million dinars for private and mixed employees working in hospitals, colleges and private companies will be in the case of the monthly salary of the employee with allocations more than 500 thousand dinars. 
The bank's information office said in a statement received by Mawazine News that "in the case of salary of the employee ranges from 500 thousand dinars or less, the grant amount is only 5 million."

Al-Rafidain Bank published the types and instructions of loans and advances to citizens and employees, and varied loans and advances between project loans and advances of retirees and advances of married and housing loans.

Types of loans and advances:

1. Small and craft projects loans.

The loan is granted to the owners of the small industrial projects approved and registered in the Federation of Iraqi Industries, the maximum amount of the loan, which is equivalent to (12000) twelve thousand US dollars.

Loan period (4) years (first year qualification).

And paid in equal quarterly installments (every three months).

With a total interest rate of 6% per annum borne by the Ministry of Finance in full.

2 - The predecessor of retirees

The minimum amount of the advance payment (1,500,000) million and a half million and the maximum (3,000,000) three million dinars according to the salary of the pension.

The guarantor is a government employee of permanent or retired employees, provided that the total deductions (50%) of the salary shall not exceed.

Interest rate is 8%.

3 - lending the staff of the Bank of Rasheed and a number of ministries for housing and construction.

4. Pre-marriage (suspended until further notice).

The amount of the advance payment (3,000,000) three million dinars.

Interest rate (4%).

The National Insurance Company shall be the guarantor to pay the advance payment against a guarantee of ten thousand of the amount of the advance, which the banking system collects in advance and transfers to the National Insurance Company.

5 - Housing loans for citizens who own land plots in Rusafa by Baghdad and a number of governorates note that Karkh and some other provinces belong to Rafidain Bank (suspended until further notice).

The amount of the loan (30.000.000) thirty million dinars.

Loan period (15 years).

Interest rate (8%) per annum.

They are awarded in equal increments.

6. Individual and joint venture loans.

The amount of the loan from (2-10) million dinars.

Loan period is two years and grace period (3 months).

Interest rate (12%).

A member of the Economic Business Council, Baqir al-Mashat, on Thursday stressed the need for government attention to the private sector, while stressing that the private sector is an engine for economic development in Iraq.
