I read the Headlines and said to myself "Say What" . One more country making a bad investment; not so fast my young fellow, I do not think so. Sounds like a bunch of good olde boys got around the table and said, Iraq is about to go global and I want to be one of the countries that was there when things were bad. Hey, I was there in the beginning to help out, remember me?

I guess great minds do think alike. . Also of all the EU countries Germany looks the strongest economically. So, I feel that they have a good understanding of investment.

Actually the plan was a couple of years ago, was for Iraq to be divided into 4 quadrants and 4 countries would help each quadrant. Germany, brits, japan, u.s., i believe were the 4 countries. That is why they have had to pass certain laws pertaining to those countries. Also the swiss won the contract to help finish the port of faw and help with all the regulatory matters in their tariffs and such. The article that yota posted in regards to the commercial regulatory act that the council of ministers finished and has sent to parliament is one that everyone should read because that right there should be the end of what they needed for the wto..

Years ago Lufthansa made a deal with Iraq for direct flights from Baghdad to Frankfurt International Airport. They are German based and I believe without the German government giving the okay, the deal would not have......wait for it..........flown. (okay that was bad). Other than this I don't recall seeing anthing out of Germany either. These are Exciting Times my dinar friends!

Everyone wants a piece of the action Snow, their have been many countries and foreign companies camping on Iraq's boarders for years. Now that the "coast is clear" we can see everyone making their perspective moves. Proceeding with caution, but definitely moving in
