I think it would be much easier fot these folks to start out with those little POS scanners that plug into a smart phone.....electricity....it looks like an electrician's nightmare over there.....friggin wires running here and there. They're not gonna be hiring any U.S. union electricians until they get rid of all those spiderwebs of wires.
