the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary demanded in February 18 / February , the governments in Baghdad and the Kurdistan region to initiate a serious dialogue about the oil and gas law. 
the oil and gas law of important laws, but he had previously displayed in the previous parliamentary sessions and did not get an agreement on the approval. 
and reached Baghdad and the Kurds an agreement in December to resolve the dispute over the rights of the export of oil and revenue sharing , but the deal has not been implemented in the past few months , with the establishment of the Kurdistan region , up independent oil sales.

By the Iraqi constitution the oil belongs to all the Iraqi citizens.
