The HCL law is not about Baghdad and Kurdistan, is about sharing the profits of oil and gas with the people.

By the Iraqi constitution the oil belongs to all the Iraqi citizens.

It's time to share the profits with the people

Go HCL

Go profits

Go sharing

GET IT DONE

These greedy politicians are going to drag their feet one too many times.

The temperatures are stifling right now in Iraq......and so are the citizen's tempers. These MP's are Flirting With Disaster.

All those in Sadr's Brigade will explode soon. Nobody can blame them whwn the SHTF....these people are extremely poor and have been promised their share of every barrel of oil sold, for over a decade now.
