10 YEARS LATER
So how much longer do y'all think they can continue to drag this thru the weeds ???? They've been doing this for how long and it looks like they have every intention of continuing to drag this thing out indefinitely. Beyond idiotic and reckless.

skeetdog
Thanks Yota...I've got to think this's just smoke-n-mirrors to tell the citizens of Iraq something to hold on it...There's things happening in Peru as new talk for international support that could have the answers we're lookin' for...Merging countries are the answer to world economy leaders financial dilemmas for investment purposes...Just think how much the US economy will sky-rocket once the dinar goes international ...The world financial leaders are looking for merging economies to invest into to support their financial crisis...Iraq was invited and was involved in the opening address to the world...I'm just sayin' we're not the only ones that think Iraq has the ability to once again become a world leader...They've pretty much got the old Maliki/ Saddem era of Iraq behind them and a new constitution getting strong everyday with Abadi's guidance...The people are the answer to Iraq becoming a multidimensional country not depending solely on oil as an export...I'm hoping everyone will have a better take on where, what and why after Moon and Laggardly disclose their intensions in Peru...

zzztop
They will do what they always do in regard to the HCL. They will have meetings, form committees, fight, and then push it off until after the next 74 holidays. Lather, rinse, repeat. 10 YEARS LATER
Agreed!! The hcl has been nothing but a political football! Ab-so-fraggin-lootly - this political football has been fumbled so many times, I've lost count. Sad thing is, they all keep chasing it around and no ones' pounced on it, and run it in for a touchdown . . . mightily frustrating watching these rookies. I'd say the Pop Warner of the political world, however, the Pee Wee Footballers would kick these guys BUTTS. Football is a great example of Life's decisions, Choice & Chance and the Consequences therein. Take a chance-you've made a choice/made a choice-you've taken a chance. Winning or losing depends on the outcome of all this. Seems in some circles these monkeys prefer to gather splinters sitting on the bench, while others are all too eager to get into the game. Impasse and political football from not all wanting to get out there and play the game. The iraqi people wait and wait and wait. I wonder if rope, pitchfork and torch sales are up ?
