That’s right – the budget in gazette – Saturday Bonus. Dr Shabbi coming back to Iraq Saturday EVENING after months out of country . Insiders say last 2 days dignitaries have been showing up quietly. DR SHABIBI WILL REPRESENT IRAQ IN SPEECH IN BEIRUT ON SAT MORNING THEN RETURN TO IRAQ. I got this on Skpye from a friend. Yesterday evening, I was out and this is the first time I have turned on my computer for a day or two, Hearing that there was a short delay but things are moving ahead at this time, still hoping to see this thing pop by the 1st. MP Faizullah likely return of the exchange rate of the dinar against the dollar to normal

Baghdad (news) was likely Deputy Finance Committee Chairman MP for the coalition of Kurdish blocs Ahmed Faizullah, the return of Iraqi dinar exchange rate to the price of natural versus the U.S. dollar, the requirement to take the central bank procedures necessary and the use of international expertise to support the national currency. said Faizullah (of the Agency news ): The country is suffering from floundering his policy monetary and economic terms that the money that goes out of the country for imports more than the money that comes to the country from oil sales, etc., in addition to there other funds wasted in various ways. added: that the central bank must take its measures necessary to recover the value of the dinar Iraqi natural rate against the U.S. dollar, and the use of international expertise should benefit from the recommendations of the International Monetary Fund to support the national currency.

 

Looks like maybe they are attending to the  necessary and essential focus of future development of the country. Get the exchange made. Go forward with an RV....

that would be pretty wild to see shabbs come walking into the room and deliver a rv speech  explaining why it was important for him to be  out of country secluded  away from all the polititions  to finalize the   new echange rates and exchange regime . .. declaring seclusion was the only way to secretly  put the plan into the works ..

great news ,, i left a message on the other post , now i see this post with more information, this would be a heck of a great under cover deal too work out ----> getting dinar back too natural ,,, bammm  { ? 3.oo ? }  but from the read, i think this is saying it is going to beeee only an oil and gas convention, { there is wayyyy to much happening to only be gas and oil ---- m-p`s are not taken vacations, budget is in the gazzette, { i think } now the natural dinar rate --- suspense is  a killer   wake up next week and find dinar rate really has moved  }

Soooooo, is the "natural rate of the dinar" something in the ballpark of 3.22 to 1?  That would be sofa king awesome.  Just saying.

Why would the pre-war rate of the dinar be the "natural" one? My understanding is that the pre-war was a rate artificially concocted by Saddam that the rest of the world didn't recognize.
