Shylmysten
As of 7 am est the CBI website is unavailable. It's bandwith limit has been exceeded. Not sure what it means but sure seems like another sign that something is about to happen. Merry Christmas all!!! No this is not good. Someone didn't pay the bill, and they had a huge spike of traffic.

terr
Looked up meaning of "bandwidth limit exceeded" 509 error, Often means that a website's getting more traffic than they allowed for..hope this helps.

Matt G
Completely agree......... Well also, how many people have downloaded the pictures of the various dinar denominations? I know I have and it only takes a few high-res images to really wolf down some bandwidth. Also try www.cb-iraq.org There is a link to the other CBI website that is down, but just timing out, so no bandwidth issues there. Interestingly, cbiraq.org is not registered through The Planet. It's on an entirely separate web-hosting account and is "coincidentally" not working either. Seems positive to me. Shylmysten
As of this morning the CBI website has crashed. Perhaps more housecleaning in preparation for the big event. http://cbi.iq/ No, their website has not crashed...if that was the case you would more than likely be seeng a server error page, or the page cannot be found/located. You are seeing a bandwidth exceeded message. That happens from either large volumes of traffic, of large volumes in the transfer of data on the backside through FTP. Then again, since the FCC adopted net neutrality, part of that law also limits the use of bandwidth....(that's actually true, but I'm cracking a joke in this case) MERRY CHRISTMAS AND THE BLESSINGS OF CHRIST TO ALL!! This tired old trucker is actually going to make it home for Christmas this year. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you serving...

FoRgiVeN OnE
It could also be a screen that the CBI created so that it doesn't look speculative. Just saying
