Trump probably got mixed up between Iran & Iraq.  Normally Brandon would have done something like that.

Regionally Iran has been a much bigger player than Iraq. Iran has a very formidable military and the whole country is much more advanced than Iraq.   CL

Iran & Saudi Arabia & even possibly Iraq & Mexico will be inducted into to the next round of BRICS expansion process.

 

The Rial may be replaced by the new BRICS currency soon to be introduced, so therefore will strengthened accordingly.  IMHO.
